Holy Spirit Manifestations

Just a note:  This is not intended as a complete article on the Holy Spirit. It is quite long, but don’t let that intimate you or keep you from reading all it has to say, even if you need to make more than one visit.

While I chose to call it Holy Spirit Manifestations, it’s really an article in argument as to the truth of the Holy Spirit.  So while it’s purpose is to address those strange bodily manifestations we get all excited about, it does so in light of the scripture as a comparison to what is claimed by man and taught by God through His word.

As God will not violate His character or His word I felt it was important to look at not only manifestations, but also the fruits and gifts of the Holy Spirit.   When we see the truth as a whole it is easier to recognize the counterfeit.

Be blessed.   mk

For a great number of years Christians have been experiencing strange manifestations of the body. These often, but not always, happen while another person prays for them in the “laying on of hands”.  They have also been known to happen during times of deep worship. Such strangeness include falling down, (aka “slain”), odd bodily sensations, the feeling of heat or cold,  shaking, and other strange involuntary movements of the limbs often without the power of thier own to stop them.  These are attributed to the presence and power of the Holy Spirit.  But are they?

In addition, the Holy Spirit is explained as a weighty, tangible presence which is not only felt but can be passed from person to person.  You have to wonder if God, the Most High God who spoke all that we see into existence can actually be passed like a football.

In doing my own research, here is what I came up from using the Word of God, rather than the word of man.

The Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is given upon salvation to empower the believer to fulfill the great commission.  We are told in the Word to be filled with the Holy Spirit.  Here is how Jesus taught of the Spirit’s coming, He would bring truth and glorify Jesus, testify of Jesus and convict the world of sin.

John 16:13-15

13 “However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and he will tell you things to come.  14 He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. 15 “All things that the Father has are Mine, Therefore I said that He will take of Mine and declare it to you.

John 15:26-27

26 “But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me.  27 And you also will bear witness, because you have been with Me from the beginning.

John 16:8-11

8 “And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment; 9 of sin, because they do not believe in Me; 10 of righteousness because I go to My Father and you see Me no more; 11 of judgment because the ruler of this world is judged.

These teachings regarding the Holy Sprit and even His character are quite different than what we are being taught and are experiencing today.  The Holy Spirit does not have His own personality. He is not a tangible presence that can be passed to another believer through touch (impartation) or by breathing or blowing on a person. He cannot and will not be commanded to do things by people. He is God, not a genie at our disposal.

Anointing From God

1 John 2:20 But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you know all things.

1 John 2:26, 27

26 These things I have written to you concerning those who try to deceive you.     27 But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him.

Luke 4:18

The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor: He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed.

Gifts and anointing are given to born again believers directly from God as He wills and to aid the believer fulfilling the great commission. They are given for the sole purpose of completing God’s plans and purposes on the earth and for no other reason. Spiritual gifts cannot be passed around from person to person or imparted from one person to another any more than the Holy Spirit can be. We cannot “will” a gift into a person simply because they want it, nor can we impart a teaching to another through the laying on of hands.

Gifts are not given as “mantles” by praying at someone’s grave site, nor is there any biblical indication that a believer has rights to or should ask for a mantle or gift of someone who has died.  Yes, Elisha received the “mantle” of Elijah but again, this is by way of the old covenant, not the new, and under what seemed to be very special circumstances.

Holy Spirit Manifestations

 1 Corinthians 12:7-11

7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all: 8 for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, 9to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, 10 to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. 11 But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills.

The Holy Spirit does not manifest through water or electricity or grant us power to manipulate the atmosphere by the movement of our hands.  His presence does not cause a believer to fall to the ground or to become frozen as in a trance-like state or to shake, jerk, convulse, groan, moan, bend at the waist, go into a giving birth-like state, jump up and down, shout, scream or run around the room. He does not cause the believer to act like or to make sounds of an animal or snake, or to experience sensations of hot or cold or electricity.  He does not cause a feeling of drunkenness, slurred speech or other similar impairments, nor does He cause fits of uncontrolled laughter or tears.

There is nothing in the bible to substantiate these manifestations to be of the Holy Spirit, or to even be Godly.  Instead they seem to mimic death and various diseases and drunkenness and even behaviors of those who are demon possessed.

Isaiah 29:9-10

9 Pause and wonder! Blind yourselves and be blind!

They are drunk, but not with wine; they stagger but not with intoxicating drink.

10 For the Lord has poured out on you the spirit of deep sleep, and has closed your eyes, namely, the prophets; and He has covered your heads, namely, the seers.

 Holy Spirit Fruit

Galatians 5:22 – 23

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

If Jesus came to bring us freedom, would the Holy Spirit who reveals all truth and testifies of Christ cause us to act in such oppressive and uncontrolled behavior?  These manifestations do not match ones listed in scripture, nor do they prove they are actually from the Holy Spirit as they are in violation of His fruit and the characteristics of God. Think about it!

In my research I have found these manifestations to be of Satan, the occult and different religions, specifically in Hinduism, known as Kundalini. The similarities in the Kundalini Awakening and what we have been calling manifestations of the Holy Spirit are shockingly similar. See this article http://endtimesdeception.com/?p=509  I know it sounds crazy but these are crazy deceitful times we are in.

I still believe we can feel the power and presence of God in some situations. Spiritual things are spiritually discerned, not physically.  We are assured of our faith because the Word of God is true, not because our flesh is.  Much, if not all, of this manifested behavior is not truly biblical, cannot be found in scripture, or proven to be characteristic of God, so whose manifestations are these?  And if such manifestations come upon a believer, how did it happen?

1 Timothy 5:22 Do not lay hands on anyone hastily, nor share in other people’s sins; keep yourself pure.

Ephesians 5:6-7

6 Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. 7 Therefore, do not be partakers with them.

When we allow a person to lay hands on us, and come into agreement with that person, or when there is a “blanket” impartation happening in the room, again that we agree with, if we continue to be subject to false teaching and doctrine we allow that person to impart their demons.  Some time later we can begin to experience false signs and wonders, false prophecy, false tongues, gifting, etc., and the demonic manifestations.  They take up a presence in the spirit because we have agreed to it. This is why there is a mixture of spirits or spiritual manifestations and gifts, etc. Where in the word does it say that the Holy Spirit is tangible?

Like I did, the next time you feel yourself manifest, you may want to question who or what has touched you.

2 Corinthians 11:3-4

3 But I fear, lest somehow as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. 4 For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted – you may well put up with it!

Please become familiar with the truth behind the Toronto Blessing, which took place in 1994.  This is when and where much of the demonic was released upon the charismatic church and is taught and encouraged to this day.  Many of the leaders, teachers and prophets involved are the ones teaching false doctrine and prophecy today. (Other places with similar experiences were Brownsville and Dudley (UK) revivals.) Not only is this an accepted practice, but those who manifest are considered more spiritual or gifted than the ones who do not. This is a lie!

There is much to this deception and it is far reaching. Some believe this event was only a taste of what is to come; the great falling away.

2 Thessalonians 2:3-4.

3Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, 4 who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.  This speaks of the anti-christ who is to come.

Matthew 24:15 “Therefore when you see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place” (whoever reads let him understand)…

Consider this is an unholy person occupying a place reserved for God here on earth.  How closely related is this to a person who has been overtaken by another spirit in the place that should have been reserved and kept only for the presence of the Holy Spirit.  This person is given to fleshy manifestations and doctrines of demons who believe his experiences are from God!

Many of us have been taught that a Christian cannot be deceived. What foolishness!  The New Testament is full of scriptures that warn of deceitful teachings, teachers and false prophets and of those bringing another gospel or another Jesus!  We are also told to expose them for what they are!

  1. m’kayla’….beautiful, beautiful, beautiful…post! Love it. Love it.Love it. You are so correct concerning manifestations of the spirit. The Holy Comforter is the the Third Person of the Trinity, He is experienced ‘spiritually. I, have experienced much from the precious Holy Spirit. He is my teacher, my wisdom, my friend, my helper, and I ‘know’ his personality. When he speakes to me……he speaks ONLY scripture to my mind. And he links scriptures together and teaches me awesome truths which are totally proven by scripture. My spiritual gift is the gift of knowledge. But the sad thing is…that when I share these things with others…they are generally not received because of the ‘bad’ reviews concerning the Holy Spirit because of these who practice false manifestations. But…no matter that they listen or not. But the one thing I know clearly about the personality of the Holy Spirit….He is quiet. He is kind. He is humble. He helps me know the power and glory of the Father. He is precious. He is a servant. He is perfect. He is patient. And I remain in total awe that He would bother with ME.

Again, what a touching and wise post.

How we’ve forgotten, or at least some of us. I am thankful that the Lord was so longsuffering toward me. And I do mean loooooongg… hehe

  5. Are you familiar with a book titled War on the Saints by Jessie Penn-Lewis? It was written with Evan Roberts, following the Welsh Revival. She lists all the same manifestations (100 years ago) that we see in modern Charismania and roots them in evil spirits. What is it they say about history and those who don’t learn from it? Thanks for your teaching…it has helped me with all the questions that arise in the process of coming out of Charismania.

  6. In your section on the Holy Spirit, please do not leave out the 8th chapter of Acts. Peter and John were laying hands on the Samaritans and the Samaritans were receiving the Holy Ghost. In so much that Simon offered the Apostles money for the power to do the same. So it is possible to lay hands on someone and pray that they receive the Holy Spirit.

I do not like the choice of the word “impart” in this context as used by Todd, Bill and the others. It sounds more like a new age practice, where a spirit (usually demonic in nature) is transferred from one to another. Especially by means of touching the other person on the forehead.

In the bible the practice of laying on of hands and praying for one to receive the Holy Spirit indicates that the Holy Spirit is sent from God and not passed from the person who is laying hands on another.

    • I disagree with your assumption of what you yourself believe to be how the Holy Spirit will effect an individual. Since baptism I have been filled daily by the Holy Spirit, and yes, at times His presence is so profound I feel intense peace within me, as well as a feeling similar to drunkenness. His presence is heavy, sedating, peaceful, and it effects everyone differently. When I pray, think of God, or outwardly exhibit kindness to others His presence becomes known immediately to me. I will twitch and my heart will race. I have had several encounters with Jesus as well since my baptism, which resulted in an indescribable peace that engulfed my body. I have not talked in tongues, cackled, or felt fire. I would like to think a relationship with The Creator of our universe is not limited to any boundaries your yourself have limited Him to.

    • There are various Bible in verses (in OT/NT) which speak of the myriad reasons why we lay hands on one another. Timothy speaks about not being too hasty to lay hands on promoting individuals in leadership (ordination), I Timothy 5:22, without discernment.
      1 Timothy 5:22
Do not lay hands upon anyone too hastily and thereby share responsibility for the sins of others; keep yourself free from sin.
There are other Bible verses for laying hands on sacrifices, laying hands for the Holy Spirit, to commission, to heal, etc..

  7. When in Acts the Holy Spirit came like a rushing mighty wind, the disciples came out of the upper room and were speaking all the known languages of the times to witness to the unbelievers. They were accused of being “DRUNK”. So I must disagree with some of your statement. I do agree about the other crazy manifestations you mentioned. I also agree with Clint. There was something that was seen to have a person want to buy the power to do it.

    • Accused of drunkenness, but were not drunk and there is no indication that the assumed drunkenness was because of manifestations, but because of the noise. Simon, who was a sorcerer, wanted to buy the power because he did not have a heart for God, only the power. We see the same attitude displayed in people who believe they have some special anointing to pass on, as well as in those who follow.

    • When you are drunk most are bold and willing to take on anybody – that is why they were accused of being drunk. They had been hiding for fear just days before now they spoke boldly and without fear – nowadays you might just say they must be pi–ed!! The lunacy we see, where people use the drunk bit to behave ridiculously is total deception.

    • Mark,
Yours is a perfect example that we cannot go by feelings, emotions or experiences to give us guidance. We must rely on the whole counsel of the word of God. First of all it is a good thing in a sense that you were scared by the supernatural things. While being scared in itself is not a good thing, being scared of things out of the supernatural is cause for alarm, the fear a type of warning.

Rather than judge your own spiritual condition, or question your own salvation or God’s forgiveness to you in such a way, what does the bible say about these things to you? And to put your mind at ease, God did know the condition of your heart, your fear. He knows every thing about you.

Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. 13Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.

14Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has gone through the heavens,e Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. 15For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet was without sin. 16Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

It is a church camp and the churches that go have a heavy emphasis on visions, prophesy, recieving words for eachother, etc. They also have sozos although they weren’t offered this year. Anyways on the last day of camp a lot of people started to become “drunk in the Holy Spirit “. It really bothered me since all of the supernatural stuff I have never seen ( I grew up in a baptist church). I am now really confused and I wanted to know what you thought. If you could please comment back, I really liked the people there and made a lot friends and now I feel like I have been decieved. Thank you!

  13. Odd manifestations from Bethel:

Hi, I’m wonderg if you’ve come across anyone or heard anything about involuntary movements: neck jerking, odd body movements(like someone is pushing you forward from your back causing your stomach area to jolt forward) after a person has been participated in prayer, fire tunnels, opening themselves to receive “more of God,” at Bethel or any of the “revival affiliates?” I guess Bethel would call it Holy Spirit “manifestation.”

I was a student of Bethel’s “School of Supernatural Ministry,” back in 2009, had accepted their truth of Holy Spirit manifesting in odd ways & was “open” mentally to experiencing however Holy Spirit wanted to manifest in me or upon me.

My body had never moved in the way it started to after I “mentally” opened up to whatever Holy Spirit wanted to. I just let go & allowed “whatever” to happen & all of a sudden I started to bounce in my seat, even flail around on the floor, where 2 other students carried me out, it was like no big deal & I just needed to let Holy Spirit do what He wanted to. Neck jerks started to occur, & other odd body movements & they have continued since then. I can control it, but feel like I become tense versus relaxed. When I try to relax my body, these jerks start to occur.

Does this sound familiar to you?

I am no longer involved & do not follow anything from Bethel anymore.

*I posted this comment on one of your “Bethel” articles. I didn’t see my post when I refreshed the page. Then I saw this article & it seems more fitting for my comment.

    • Yes. This is performed via impartation of a demonic spirit resulting in uncontrollable manifestations of the body. Some people have connected it to Kundalini. The Holy Spirit does not take over a person in this way, as it is not characteristic nor biblical for Him to do so! In light of the fruits of the Spirit, one of which is self-control we can conclude that as truth!

Since you are still under it’s influence, please repent and take control of your body. From experience, I have learned some movements are demonic, some are conditioned response. Satan will continue to torment you in this way as part of his deception. The Lord will meet you in the battle, but you also must fight against it. Please see the article on my home page which addresses this in depth – Freedom from False Spirits of Revival. https://mkayla.wordpress.com/freedom-from-false-spirits-of-revival/

I am sorry that you think this way. It is always good to ask questions and to seek the truth, but there are stern warnings for those who ascribe the work of the Spirit to Satan.
Ultimately the proof is by the fruit of our lives, I see a great deal of fruit coming from these ministries.

    • Dear Andy – I concur with your findings. So many denominations in our faith have true visitations from God, with unusual signs and wonders, spirit baptisms, and an array of manifestations; some spiritual and some fleshly. You have to read the Bible in its totality before sharing your insights, For instance there are many reasons why people lay hands on others in the Bible – From blessing, to anointing kings, to consecration, to sacrifice (Which Aaron lay both of his hands on the head of a goat, confess over it all iniquities/transgressions and sent it away into the wilderness. Hence, that’s where we get the term, ‘scapegoat.” Beyond OT sacrifice for sin offering, laying on of hands was used in the NT to stir up people’s faith, to impartation (as Paul in the NT did for Timothy; to healing etc… In Acts 8:18
“When Simon saw that the Spirit was given at the laying on of the apostles’ hands, he offered them money.” Simon knew it was transferrable and invaluable. May you all desire and find the ‘PEARL OF GREAT PRICE” as well.

    Laying on of Hands
The laying on of hands is a religious practice. In Judaism semikhah (Hebrew: סמיכה‎, “leaning [of the hands]”) accompanies the conferring of a blessing or authority. In Christian churches, this practice is used as both a symbolic and formal method of invoking the Holy Spirit primarily during baptisms and confirmations, healing services, blessings, and ordination of priests, ministers, elders, deacons, and other church officers, along with a variety of other church sacraments and holy ceremonies.

  18. Good Morning,

I just in the past couple of days found that I do indeed have the Holy Spirit. Our Lord Pur Savior Jesus Christ has been speaking to me through what I now know as the fountain of water. It comes and goes when I do what he needs. I was very depressed and anxiety and A few weeks ago, suddenly, I felt so much overwhelming Joy and I was speaking with him like Our True King Jesus was my best friend. But it isn’t a physical voice.
    There’s so much more…

Just wanted to Thank you for the information. I just felt a little confused til now, I tested Our Saviour Jesus, with a few last addictions like smoking and thinking back to that day it was 3 times and haven’t had to since and then he sent me signs I didn’t ask for, he’s been speaking through me to music all day. I hardly have had to eat for weeks and feel better than ever, and most days I only need to sleep like one hour to four.
I can now interpret the Holy Bible better than ever, in fact that’s how he speaks to me.
I put his message over a few days on my Instagram, and I’m not very good at it. But I need to get The Word of God out there. He gave me so much information. And I know it sounds crazy but Our Lord Jesus Christ led me to so much research and it was like he is typing. So, thank you!

My question is, I know the answer kind of but I’m conflicted with family and profanity, I can’t be around it or speaking about women like I used too, it Annoys me so badly, then I feel guilty and I repent because. How can I save them too? And save everyone else? And not let Our Lord Our Savior Jesus Christ down, I miss The Son Of God when I don’t feel the water, then my stomach growls.
One last question, do you know if the Holy Spirit is supposed to teach out for help?
    So, Thanks for reading.

Paul warns us to have decent order in the Church so that unbelievers will not mock . I’ve read that true revival begins to have less real fruit when manifestations ( man-ifestations ) take over and the Word of God & Gospel cease to be preached . When you read the Bible you are able to test the spirits because you get to know the truth and have awareness when a counterfeit is being offered .

      STRANGE, FIRE

      stranj (‘esh zarah, “alien fire”):

These words are mentioned in connection with the fatal sin committed by the two oldest sons of Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, in “offering strange fire before Yahweh,” on the occasion of the formal consecration of the Aaronitic priesthood (Leviticus 10:1,2). The fact is mentioned again in Numbers 3:4; 26:61. The greatest calamity of all befell them in that they were cut off childless, which for every true Israelite was the darkest fate imaginable. This fact is mentioned twice (Numbers 3:4; 1 Chronicles 24:2). The power which cut off the lives of Nadab and Abihu (Leviticus 10:1,2) is the same as that which shortly before had consumed the consecratory burnt offering (Leviticus 9:24). What was its true character, whether, as Rosenmuller and Dachsel surmise, it was a lightning stroke or some other supernatural agency, is not worth while debating. It is enough for us to know that “there came forth fire from before Yahweh and devoured them.” Yet this latter word is not to be taken literally, since they were carried out for burial in their own linen garments (Leviticus 10:5). They were therefore merely killed, not incinerated. What was their sin? The words “strange fire” have been explained either as common fire, which they placed in their censers, or as unholy incense, which they put thereon (Exodus 39:38). But the text plainly points to the former. The sacred fire, once kindled on the altar, was never to be permitted to go out (Leviticus 6:12). When later the temple was dedicated Yahweh again lighted the fire on the altar from heaven, as in the case of the dedication of the tabernacle. As, however, the injunction to take fire for the censers of the incense offering only from the coals of the altar is not found before (Leviticus 16:12), Rosenmuller’s observation would seem to be very much to the point: “Quamquam enim in iis quae praecedunt, non extat hoc interdictum, tamen est verisimile Mosem vetasse Aaroni et filiis eius ne ignem alienum altari imponerent.” (“For although his injunction does not hold in regard to the preceding cases, yet it is very probable that Moses had forbidden Aaron and his sons to place strange fire upon the altar.”) A verbal injunction of Moses must have preceded the fatal mistake. But the text leads us to believe there was more than a mistake here. Some find here the sin of drunkenness, from the enjoined abstinence from any intoxicating drink before the priests thereafter minister before Yahweh (Leviticus 10:9). The likeliest explanation is that, inflated with pride on account of the exaltation of the Aaronitic family above all Israel, they broke unbidden into the ritual of the consecration of the tabernacle and priesthood, eager to take part in the ceremony, and in their haste bringing strange fire into the tabernacle, and thus met their death (see Oehler, Old Testament Theol., 126, 282). The fire burning on the altar came from God, it might never go out, since it represented “the unbroken course of adoration of Yahweh, carried on in sacrifice.” And this course was interrupted by Nadab and Abihu. The fire on the altar was a symbol of holiness, and they sought to overlay it with unholiness. And thus it became to them a consuming fire, because they approached the Holy One in a profane spirit (compare Isaiah 33:14).

  20. Hi M’kayla. Thank you for this well written and researched article.I have visited and commented in the past but not for a while. My late Pastor taught us the things you are touching on here. He wrote a little booklet not long before he died called “the Big Leap” I have published it in installments on my blog. It is touching on our need to be vigilant in our churches and recognise that the devil loves making a mess of us. I first came to your corner because of what he taught us.We can be so easily deceived as Christians,Here is a link to the first part. I did photocopies of the actual pages. Blessings from Adelaide South Australia.

      • Hi Kayla
Ive been reading your blog and all the comments am grateful this information is put out there for those who really do want the truth and need support i my self was involved in an on line church for a short amount of time before the Lord got me out of it along with following these NAR prophets which thankfully only lasted for 10 months i was and am a fairly new believer originally saved out the new age movement it was made very clear to me its the exact same spirit in this new reformed church with its various beliefs and doctrines then proceeded to do alot of research into it all frightingly it goes up to the very highest levels like a sewage pit. I have a question im wondering have you ever come across a man called Nelson Shuman? And his ministry called restored to freedom? He is on face book and youtube. He also has an online group called jezebel and leviathan its a support group for victims of narc/psychopathic abuse. His ministry is in America and spreading globally where those that are “delivered” from these spirits and “set free” often then become accredited in deliverance to set others free.He travels all over America to various churches small and big.
There are many “acredited” deliverance ministers every where even in England its spreading near and far the Lord wants all those inflicted in the church to be set free? Men, women, children including pastors and ministers.
Once your set free from these spirits then your able to hear from God apparently the Lord often gives him leadings, words of knowledge about people, prophetic words and heals the “soul wounds” going back to when they were children? Also after “getting free? Theve been healed physically from health problems. He seems a very humble man and very likable by no means do i intend to speak ill of him. But im absolutely plagued that although it seems to help people? real or not that behind all these good works their is a counterfit spirit at work, that may setting people free or seem to but they are coming under another spirit.
why am i writting this? ive grave concearns that many of Gods people, very vulnerable who have been terribly harmed and abused, weather in the church, spiritual abuse, emotional, physical or psychologically beyond all measure, desperate for answers and “freedom” may well possibly be getting set free in one way but exchanging it for something far worse. false doctrine (jezebel mixture of doctrine) and comming under a false spirit. im absolutely plagued by this and cant shake it off any in put id appreciate any thoughts and experiance you may have that covers any of this all this seems to be spreading like wild fire. Nelson shuman is also linked to some healing rooms where he first used to work until the Lord sent him on the mission to “set the captives free”
My opologies this is soo long and i didnt know weather to put this in a private message to you or put hear, i hope this os ok and God bless you x

        • I’m not familiar with the name but I am with the practice as it is what I expose. If you want straight advice I will recommend my book as it is based on my many years of research and the topics here on my blog .I wrote it to help others divide true doctrine from false teaching, how to recognize it, escape and warn others.
