Patricia King: The Wine Cellar of Whose Heaven?

I watched a video clip from Patricia King on another blogger’s site this morning.  It was very hard to sit through and listen.  It angered me to the point that I did not know if I should cry for them or scream.  But, I listened several times.  I went with Patricia to the word of God.  I read it with her.  I listened to her explain it back to her “followers”.  I replayed that section several times, listening to hear again and again. And I watched in horror as she claimed in the name of Jesus, the bar is open!

She tells them they can only get this through revelation. Of course, because we certainly can’t get it from the scripture she is using Hebrews 9:24 For Christ has not entered th holy places made with  hands, which are copies of the true, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us. She said she does not want to  – unpack it – was that the word she used – unpack?

Very well, I will  unpack it.

This chapter is about the new covenant through Jesus Christ, the remission of sins through His shed blood. But see how she is twisting the meaning to say it is about our ability to enter into heaven?  Where does she get this?  She says the words holy places mean heaven and that we can enter in. This is not what the scripture says at all. The words from the scripture say For Christ has not entered holy places made with hands.  To me holy places made with hands means man-made. There is not even a hint of the meaning of the word heaven in those words.

In case you care, there is nothing here about wine, either.

Then she goes on reading from the next chapter, 10:19 about entering in.  (It took me some time to figure out where she was reading this from as she does not say.) But what does this verse say?  Therefore brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus. But she says nothing about the blood of Jesus, she’s only interested in making her point, to enter in.  Going on she quotes out of verse 22 which says let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.  Again, nothing in context or in true meaning of what is being said here – again about sin. No, Patricia wants her point made – assurance of faith, if you have faith you can do this too!

Nothing she is stating here has any true biblical meaning.  And what do the people do?  They dance and sing for this to come to them, this great revelation, this great vision and experience of the wine room of heaven.  They are so convinced that Patricia King is the anointed one of God that they are willing to throw away their very salvation to experience the same as she!

Blind and be blind!!! It is documented in the bible that Satan twists the words of God to use for his purposes. He did it with Eve and he did it with Jesus. Do you see how she has laid the groundwork for this deception to come on the people?  She made an outrageous claim, used the word of God to back it up, and then brought in the musicians, the dancing, the emotional element!

What a liar she is and how deceived they are to want the wine she is pouring out for them. A wine that does not truly come from the God, the Most High, but from a god of trickery and deceit. The god of true drunkenness and rivalry, one that will surely separate people from God for all eternity to a place where no wine will be found for all time.

What does drunken behavior have to do with the living God? Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. If the fruit of the Spirit is gentleness and self-control how can this possibly be related to this drunkenness of God PK is claiming?  Where is there any self control going on in this crowd?

If you are involved in this, repent, leave these practices and be restored to wholeness in the Lord before it is too late!

Hebrews 10:29 Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God  underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace? 30 For we know Him who said, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. And again, “The Lord will judge His people” 31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
