Lakeland Electrocution Impartation

This is a video dated May 8, 2008, a little over nine minutes of Randy Clark and Todd Bentley while at Lakeland, Florida. I am putting this up to show the connection between some of these false teachers and false moves of God.  I am familiar with Randy Clark and with the healing ministry, having had been a part of one for almost three years.  I am more than familiar of the dangers involved in these imparations and the manifestations of the demonic which takes place once we come into agreement with what is being passed on. This is not a true practice of the early disciples and what the word of God teaches in the laying on of hands.  All believers have the presence of the Holy Spirit. We do not need Him or any of His gifts, His power or authority “imparted” to us.

I’ve transcribed most of the video or at least what I felt were the most important portions and made some observations and notes along the way.

Randy Clark coming on stage, introduced as the “Firestarter” of the Toronto Blessing at about 1:23, Todd says, “Dear Randy… Firestarter, I know you’ve been lighting fires all over the world.”

Everytime Todd says “firestarter” I think of the Stephen King book/movie of the same name. Hmm, I think Drew Barrymore played the lead character, but I can’ t be sure. Maybe there is a reason as they both, Randy and the main character in the story, are known for starting fires.

Randy gets the mike and the name dropping starts: Bill Johnson, John Arnott, Rolland and Heidi Baker, George and Winnie Banov, all of their groovy little group, and he even says “WE know it’s God”.  Endorsement!!! No one wants to miss out on what God is doing. No one has the backbone for it.  He does not want to hinder, but to bless, but as he says this I wonder if that is the truth. He seems a little unsure.

Then at 2:12 Randy begins to prophesy (falsely) over Todd. “No one can find anything negative in  your stream or your root, because your root goes right to Jesus Christ. And the stream goes right to heaven”  And of course, the crowd loves it.  (gag) This is more of the same falseness that came from Staci Campbell, although I dont’ know if it was before or after this night in which she told him he was pure.  None of us are pure. None.

Exposing the root or stream is exactly what I am doing here. Showing the relation between one false movement (not) of (our) god and another move, passed from one guru to another, and on it goes right to you or me. It is important to see the relation between the person and the false teaching and how they are passed from one to another like a virus.  It was a key factor for me when I was doing my research while involved in these deceptive practices.

Randy tells him he is like Amos, the prophet, and boy, Todd reeeeaaalyy likes that because the manifestations that started small are really moving his body now.  Can anyone say Kundalini??  Let’s practice, “not Holy Spirit, Kundalini”.  Or we can simplify and say, “not Holy Spirit, Satan”. It is Satan who is causing these manifestations, not God, the Most High, not the third person of the holy trinity.  This is not about the power of the presence of God.  This is about demonic possession.

At about 3:00 Randy starts talking about how “IT” started in Lakeland, then moved to Toronto, then Pensicola…”IT”…all over the world. (“IT another of those Stephen King stories!!)

Of course Randy has to point out that “IT” began with Rodney Howard Browne aka the holy spirit bartender (and it grieves me to type that out  – h.s. bartender – as it is such an abomination to who and what the Spririt of God truely is!)  But we have to get a mention to yet another name and accolade to whom it is due, so that Todd does not get too high handed in that he was responsible for this major revival that is ready to “break out”.  Really, the words they choose are so odd!!  Here they are, so concerned about honoring God and claiming this is of God, but so quick to name names of who did what, when and where!

And I just love the comment about Todd’s lack of $5000 suits, what about those tats, though. Hmm, some pretty pricey art work there. But, here it’s all okay as long as he doesn’t look like one of those fakey pricey preachers wearing a suit that cost more than most of us paid for our first 3 cars. Now this is a true sign of a laid down life.

Okay, here we go into the deep water.  At about 4:24 Todd points out that he was saved in January just as the Toronto blessing is taking place, as tho there is some deep meaning there, January of ’94.   But, wait, there is.  Cuz, Randy jumps in and says this to him: “One of the things I have seen in church history is often people who were touched, saved or touched in the last move become leaders in the next move. But, you are right, the leaders of the last move, can’t bless.” (huh?)” But Bill Johnson is talking about our ceiling is the floor for the next generation.” Again, the crowd loves this comment.

(Look here, TOUCHED…by whom or maybe we should ask touched by WHAT.  There is nothing in the word of God about this “touched”.  And, now Christianity has levels just like eastern religions, higher places, higher planes, floors and ceilings, etc.  Where is this in the bible??)

Now we see the connection between people and places.  Rodney Howard Brown at Lakeland Florida who prayed for Randy Clark who went to Toronto Canada where “IT” broke out.  John Arnott and John Kilpatrick were in the mix there too. Rodney had been involved with Ken Hagin. Ever heard of the “laughing revival”?

Remember the names above?  They are all connected between each other. Randy Clark prayed for Heidi Baker who is joined with Bill Johnson, more formally, Bill’s Bethel church and Heidi’s Iris Ministries.  And they are all pals with Todd Bentley.  At this point in time everyone is in line to be known as Todd’s best pal!  No one cares that he is as fake as the day is long.

These people attending believe they are part of something BIG. They are, it’s just not what they think it is and sadly, they are too deceived at this point, too seduced by this false spirit to ask the right questions. They are being prepared to receive even more of the deception, as the big impartation is getting ready to happen.  They are standing with raised hands in agreement, in expectation. (Agreement plays a very important part in this deception.)

Randy starts to pray and then the beginning of his unholy impartation begins as the prayer turns into a decree.  At 5:30 he says this praying for pastors: “We come together now, we bless you in the name of Jesus, we pray for the fire to come upon you.  The fire of God to come upon you into your hands you begin to sweat, you feel the electricity, that God would do to you what he did to Heidi and Leif Heitland and some others…”  When do we read in the bible that God sends fire upon His own people, or even electricity?  Fire was always used to destroy people, not build them up.  This is a very important point with Charismaniacs. They really like the “fire” of God. It is not a good thing to ask God for.

Randy claims out of the move, I believe he is again referring to Toronto, 2 people were touched – there’s that word again – touched, 2 million saved 12, 000 churches planted.  Where does he get these numbers? And the claims of so many churches and salvations is astronomical!! Where are all of these people and if so many have been truly saved, what is wrong with our world?  This cannot be. But, this is Charismania at it’s best.  Tellin them “tall tales” of exaggeration to get your attention, your praise, your following and adoration and your cash.

Randy says “God is going to do more now because in Toronto He said, ‘I am coming gently to you now so you will not be afraid when I come into my power’.”  Catch those words – come into my power. When would God ever need to come into His power?  Who exactly is speaking here, because by these words we know it is NOT God Almighty.

Randy goes on to say that they have been “pressing in” for 14 1/2 years for a massive breakthrough and that this move is two fold.  Todd is going to be bringing this revival to the streets, massive evangelism, massive healings. He claims that we are now actually seeing in the US what we have seen overseas, and even more.  (Remember Rodney Howard Browne is from Africa.) Again, they are not “bringing” the presence of God, He has already been here with us as evidenced by the believers.  These people are bringing some other spirit claiming it is the Holy Spirit. It is not.

Again Randy begins to pray at 6:55 this time for America, for the western countries, Australia, England, Austria, Germany… all over the world.   Curious.

Then he tells the audience to lift their hands and they do (there’s the agreement factor. At 7:41 “Father, I pray that you would give them a sign that you are increasing the anointing for healing in their life.”  Then he asks, “can we wait one minute? We are going to ask God to release fire on your hands a sign that you are going to receive a healing anointing, and it’s going to be multiplied.  Some of you may begin to weep, you may begin to laugh, you may begin to shake begin to sweat, bowed over, bent down by the glory of god, and fire and electricity coming into your hands…in Jesus name…release this sign to them that you are anointing for healing that they are going to take it back to their churches and the places you will send them…now in Jesus name…now in Jesus name…release your fire…release your electricity.  I see some of you already the power of god is like 110, god make it 22o (screaming)…fire come into your hands and it would even hurt because of the power, fire, more more electricity, (he picks on someone he knows is from Korea) electrocute the Koreans in Jesus name. Thank you Lord.”

Decreeing, demanding god for not only an impartation, but a a painful impartation of electricity and fire  to take it back wherever they go. Dangerous, demonic impartation of a sign, a spirit and manifestations not of our God spreading like a deadly virus.  And deadly it is.

We know  that few, if any, were healed during this Lakeland fiasco. We know there was little to no mention of the saving grace and gospel message of Jesus Christ.  We remember Emma. We know how Todd ended at Lakeland in the affair, quickie divorce and new marriage. We know all the false prophetic words given during that time, and yes, let’s call them for what they truely are – false.   We know that Todd is being wooed by Bill Johnson and Rick Joyner.  Todd Bentley was not sent by our God. This is not over. Whatever was unleashed is still alive and well and growing in power.

Remember Randy repeated the words of his god “when I come into my power“.  Remember on another of my posts John Kilpatrick claimed the message from his god to be  R.E.S.U.R.R.E.C.T.I.O.N.

What is coming into power, what is being resurrected?  Not our Messiah. What if these are messages from the anti-christ?

Ephesians 1:17-19  That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory may give to  you the  spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His interitance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power.

Vineyard Endorsed Contemplative Prayer

I found this article which was written some years ago and feel it goes along with some of the articles and conversation we have had here in the contemplative/emergent area.

The article can be read in its entirety here, as I am only posting below what I feel is relevent for this topic.

A Visit to the Vineyard Church (Anaheim, CA)

The message was on contemplative prayer and it was deeply influenced by Roman Catholic spirituality. The speaker, who is a pastor emeritus in a Vineyard church, described four types of prayer: crisis prayer, evangelical prayer, “Come, Holy Spirit” prayer (calling upon the Holy Spirit to demonstrate “kingdom power”), and contemplative prayer. He described the latter as “gazing at length on something” and as “coming into the presence of God and resting in the presence of God.” He described contemplative prayer as lying back and floating “in the river of God’s peace.” The speaker described sitting on a couch “in the manifest presence of Jesus.” He quoted St. John of the Cross: “It is in silence that we hear him.”

The Vineyard speaker recommended the writings of the late Thomas Merton (a Catholic priest who converted from the Anglican Church), who wrote a book on contemplative prayer and whose voice is influential in the “centering prayer” movement. Merton spent the last 27 years of his life in a Trappist monastery devoted to Mary (Abbey of Our Lady of Gethsemani in Kentucky) and promoted the integration of pagan practices such as Zen Buddhism and Christianity. The titles of some of his books were Zen and the Birds of the Appetite, The Way of Chuang Tzu, and Mystics and the Zen Masters. For three years, Merton lived as a complete hermit.

The Vineyard speaker described personal revelations that he had allegedly received from God. He claimed that on one occasion Jesus said to him, “Come away, my beloved,” and he obeyed by staying in a monastery for some days. He mentioned at least two occasions in which he has spent time in monasteries. The speaker claimed that there are five benefits from contemplative prayer: (1) An abiding sense of peace, (2) prophetic revelation, (3) love that is felt, (4) personal transformation, and (5) power ministry. He used several Catholic “saints” as examples of the benefit of contemplative prayer, and there was no warning whatsoever about their false gospel, their blasphemous prayers to Mary, or any other error. In fact, he recommended that his listeners read the lives of the saints. He mentioned St. Catherine of Siena and said that Christ appeared to her and placed a ring on her finger signifying her marriage to Him. He claimed that Catherine experienced the benefit of contemplative prayer by being able to exercise supernatural healings. He mentioned “St. Anthony,” one of the fathers of the deeply unscriptural Catholic monasticism. Anthony spent 20 years in isolation, and after that, according to the Vineyard pastor, the “saint’s” ministry was characterized by “signs and wonders.”

The growing emphasis on Catholic spirituality in evangelical and charismatic circles is very dangerous, but it is the outgrowth of the ecumenical philosophy which has torn down the walls of separation between many Protestants and the Roman Catholic Church. When Ronald Atwood left the Episcopal church and was ordained a Catholic priest in the St. Francis de Sales Cathedral in Oakland, California, in December 1984, he cited Thomas Merton as one of his influences. Atwood testified that the practice of Catholic-style contemplative prayer “led him to seek spiritual direction from a Catholic priest” (The Christian News, Jan. 7, 1985).

After the sermon, the Vineyard speaker gave an invitation for the people to come forward to receive personal ministry by the workers. He first led the congregation in repeating silently to themselves, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me.” He said, “Receive his presence that is coming upon you.” He said, “Holy Spirit, I pray for your merciful presence to rest on each of us.” The people were urged to pray, “Lord Jesus, have mercy on me a sinner,” but the gospel was never given. There was no explanation of why sinners can receive mercy or what sin is or what it means to receive mercy. Nothing was clarified; all was vague religiosity. A Roman Catholic would have interpreted the invitation within the context of his sacramental gospel and would doubtless have “received Jesus” again just as he has been taught to do repeatedly but without coming to the once-for-all experience of the new birth.

Note by me: I can attest to the fact this “movement” is alive and well and growing in the Vineyard Churches today. I don’t understand when it is as plain as the nose on the face this movement has nothing to do with Christianity, and everything to do with Catholicism and eastern religions, why, why, why do they continue to practice it as Christianity. If they want to convert to another religion, why don’t they just do it, and leave Orthodox Christianity alone?

Prayin’ Like a Child

Today as I waited at Midas having the front brakes on my Jeep replaced, I started to read a chapter from The Complete Works of E.M. Bounds. No, it’s not a nice light book to drag around but I find it very interesting and safe to read in light of today’s more modern liars and new thought. (Or maybe it’s old thought, repackaged. hmmm, let’s not go there now.)

But listen to what E.M. says on pages 343-4, taken from the chapter, Jesus Christ, An Example of Prayer:

Jesus Christ prayed to God as Father: Simply and directly did He approach God in the charmed and revered circle of the Father.  The awful, repelling fear was entirely absent, lost in the supreme confidence of a child.

Christ prayed as a child. The spirit of a child was found in him.  At the grave of Lazarus “Jesus lifted up His eyes and said, Father.”  Again we hear Him begin His prayer after this fashion” In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father.” So also on other occasions we find Him in praying addressing God as His Father assuming the attitude of the child asking something of the Father. What confidence, simplicity and alertness!

What respect deepening into reverence!  We must live as children if we would ask as children.  We must act as children if we would pray as children.  The spirit of prayer is born of the child spirit.

An appeal to God the Father, if not associated with reverence and homage before the Divine Majesty, would betray a want of understanding of the character of God.”  And, we might add, would show a lack of the attributes of a child.

What amazing wording he writes with, how compelling.  I read and re-read his words as I sat there completely immersed in such gem of truth, such freedom and Christian realism.  I know that God is the Father, our Father, and I refer to Him that way.  But as I read and contemplated these words, this truth, I began to realize I did not approach Him in such a “supreme confidence”.   As I continued to think on this, I realized I always expect less for myself than for others.  I may think I ask in faith, claim I ask in faith, but do I?  I do not. I still see myself as the one who lost out on”, having had a life full of many disappointments.  Many in this word do, I am not alone, and some more than I could even imagine.  But, was I getting the things I asked for? No.  I hadn’t been expecting them too much. And on the other end of this I came to realize I have been the one holding out on myself, that I deny myself certain things and allowances that others seem to attain so easily.  Outwardly I did not take this on to most, but what of those who truly know me? God looks at the heart, does He not?  I had not been approaching the Father God as a child approaches a father, not at all. Not according to these words.

A mechanic’s waiting room is an odd place for emotional repenting, such as this!  Just try to hold those tears!!!

Even now as I type words of this blessed author and as I read them, again they pull me back in.  The choice of the author’s wording is so profound.  They reflect another time long ago when people spoke differently, reacted differently to God and to their fellow man…charmed and revered circle of the Father…respect deepening into reverence…

Who writes this way these days?  How far removed is not only the wording, but the heart intent of today’s loud, obnoxious and demanding people? After the last few days of conversation of the emergent church, the deception of Charismania, here, I am reminded anew of how truly distict Christianity is. What other religion could possibly offer such things as God the Father has offered and provided to those He calls children, to those He longs for to call Him Father.

If it is at all possible for a Christian to have been born again again, today would have been IT for me.

Blessed be the name of the Lord God. His name is Holy.

Patricia King: The Wine Cellar of Whose Heaven?

I watched a video clip from Patricia King on another blogger’s site this morning.  It was very hard to sit through and listen.  It angered me to the point that I did not know if I should cry for them or scream.  But, I listened several times.  I went with Patricia to the word of God.  I read it with her.  I listened to her explain it back to her “followers”.  I replayed that section several times, listening to hear again and again. And I watched in horror as she claimed in the name of Jesus, the bar is open!

She tells them they can only get this through revelation. Of course, because we certainly can’t get it from the scripture she is using Hebrews 9:24 For Christ has not entered th holy places made with  hands, which are copies of the true, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us. She said she does not want to  – unpack it – was that the word she used – unpack?

Very well, I will  unpack it.

This chapter is about the new covenant through Jesus Christ, the remission of sins through His shed blood. But see how she is twisting the meaning to say it is about our ability to enter into heaven?  Where does she get this?  She says the words holy places mean heaven and that we can enter in. This is not what the scripture says at all. The words from the scripture say For Christ has not entered holy places made with hands.  To me holy places made with hands means man-made. There is not even a hint of the meaning of the word heaven in those words.

In case you care, there is nothing here about wine, either.

Then she goes on reading from the next chapter, 10:19 about entering in.  (It took me some time to figure out where she was reading this from as she does not say.) But what does this verse say?  Therefore brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus. But she says nothing about the blood of Jesus, she’s only interested in making her point, to enter in.  Going on she quotes out of verse 22 which says let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.  Again, nothing in context or in true meaning of what is being said here – again about sin. No, Patricia wants her point made – assurance of faith, if you have faith you can do this too!

Nothing she is stating here has any true biblical meaning.  And what do the people do?  They dance and sing for this to come to them, this great revelation, this great vision and experience of the wine room of heaven.  They are so convinced that Patricia King is the anointed one of God that they are willing to throw away their very salvation to experience the same as she!

Blind and be blind!!! It is documented in the bible that Satan twists the words of God to use for his purposes. He did it with Eve and he did it with Jesus. Do you see how she has laid the groundwork for this deception to come on the people?  She made an outrageous claim, used the word of God to back it up, and then brought in the musicians, the dancing, the emotional element!

What a liar she is and how deceived they are to want the wine she is pouring out for them. A wine that does not truly come from the God, the Most High, but from a god of trickery and deceit. The god of true drunkenness and rivalry, one that will surely separate people from God for all eternity to a place where no wine will be found for all time.

What does drunken behavior have to do with the living God? Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. If the fruit of the Spirit is gentleness and self-control how can this possibly be related to this drunkenness of God PK is claiming?  Where is there any self control going on in this crowd?

If you are involved in this, repent, leave these practices and be restored to wholeness in the Lord before it is too late!

Hebrews 10:29 Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God  underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace? 30 For we know Him who said, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. And again, “The Lord will judge His people” 31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

theology vs experience

The comment we don’t change our theology according to our experience comes from Cal Pierce. I don’t know if he picked up this little comment from someone else or if it was of his own  making.  He is the first person I heard say it, and now many are echoing this ridiculous statement.

I have not changed my theology according to experience.  But when I began to doubt what I was being taught and when I saw that people WERE NOT being healed, saved or delivered I went to the bible and Strong’s concordance to see if those teachings were true. They were not.  Obviously, Cal Pierce and his followers, including those who have made their life’s purpose to mimic him have adopted this cute saying. They do not know the word of God, they know the words of themselves or those of demons.

If you don’t know he is the man responsible for reopening the healing rooms in Spokane, WA originally started by John G. Lake, now operating as the International Association of Healing Rooms (IAHR). There are something like 1,000 of these healing rooms scattered throughout the world. This is the minstry I had been involved with that made me stand up and take notice of what was being passed around and taught to others under the guise of a “Christian healing ministry”.

Anyone following in Pierce’s footsteps or those of Bill Johnson, who is on the IAHR Board of Directors, read the word against thier claims.  I was a big “fan” of Johnson’s too.  Why would any man or woman of God endorse or support Todd Bentley who is a proved fake and a very dangerous person??  Gracegracegrace!!!  Bill says.  oh star-struck brother, watch out!

What was Looking Back at the Man in the Mirror

I don’t know where I am going to go with this exactly. I just feel like ranting for a moment or two.

Partly, my problem is Michael Jackson.  Having lost a child, Michael’s death breaks my heart for his family. I know that loss, that pain, that empty place that never gets filled again. I know all ways that it comes back, in the little things, the holidays, in the faces of other family members, in our memories and little jokes and in our dreams.  I know every detail of what could have been, but never will be.

I look at the news on TV, I read the articles, but I see nothing from them, not even a hint of grief.  And this could be in part because they are grieving in private.  It could also be because the glorious media does not want us to see it that way. After all, they’ve honed that talent of getting us to listen and hear only what they deem important, or better said, what they deem the truth.

I watched with great anticipation the media coverage of his alleged child molestation charges both times.  Could it be true???  The media was right there waiting for him to be charged and found guilty, every moment they could grab they took advantage, every detail.  Criminals should be prosecuted.  Children should be protected, the public warned.  However, none of this took place.

Now, he has died, somewhat mysteriously, or at least that is what we are all being fed. One moment he was in bad health, the next it was good health, it was his heart, it wasn’t his heart. It was drugs, but then we don’t know that for sure either. One more detail means one more story. No matter, dead is still dead.

Forget the doubts, the allegations! He is a hero again- our hero, our “son”, the brightest and most talented of all time.  Some claim he is moon dancing on the streets of gold, someone else called him the prince of peace.  I’ve heard people say he was a giving, caring person. Was he?  Maybe so, in part. But maybe the goodness in him was buried so far down it couldn’t find its way out. Everyone with a story is on camera giving it. Everyone wants a chance to be known as a pal of the late, great Michael Jackson.

Farrah Fawcett died that very same day. Her funeral has taken place.  She was mourned and buried, someone said she was mourned like normal people morn their lost.  Not so with the death of Michael. Now we have another week of this charade, the mourners, the worshippers, the Michael story tellers and the big upcoming public funeral.  They will sell seats, maybe popcorn and cotton candy to bring in a few more bucks. If you can’t get in, you can watch it broadcast from big screen TVs. Or maybe from your own, something maybe HBO could pick up. Or we can package it and sell it later on, market it for Christmas on DVD – what a great gift it would make.

Michael did  not become famous on his own.  Had the public not worshipped him, his music, his moves, his lifestyle he would not have been famous.  He would not have been given the opportunity to inflict his disgust on so many for so long in so many different ways. And maybe there  never would have been the claims from those boys and thier families. The public only needed to stand up and say that it was wrong, gone too far, too explicit, not acceptable.  Isn’t that the stance taken with Elvis and his girating moves? Yes, and with good reason.

We don’t do that anymore.  We have freedom of speech, freedom of expression of our creativity. It’s music, after all! We have “choice”, and if  you don’t like it, don’t listen, turn it off, but let others alone.  Its our right, this is America, home of the free. Criminals are not prosecuted, children are not protected, the public is not warned. We have lost our dignity as a country.  We have no shame. We share in the sins of others.

I think the only thing left to do is to stuff  his body and parade him around on a float.  It’s summer, so why not send him around state to state as an act to the county fairs?  Then the public will have ample chance to pay homage to their king of pop.  And the money mongers will have thier fill of thier newest side show and will cash in big time. The media will experience more job security. No one cares about real news headlines anyway. Let’s bleed this man’s worth for every penny we can while we still can. Disgusting thoughts, aren’t they?

What is in the heart of a family who would allow any of this to continue for one more moment?

Even though I haven’t listened to his music for many years, I keep hearing some of his songs in my head – Ben, Billy Jean and the Man in the Mirror. I think of all the stories I heard of him over the years, his childhood, the abuse, the neglect and down right abandonment. What kind of a father takes his young sons to strip clubs to perform? It seems he was only alive to provide for his family, those who should have been providing for him, supporting him, loving him.   I wonder the horror that he endured as a child and as a man.  The pain and degredation that never healed, never left him.  I wonder about his dreams and the thoughts that went through his mind over the years. I wonder what he saw when he looked at himself in the mirror, or more importantly what was looking back at him.

I think of his children in the hands of those who made him who he is.

I wonder what kind of man he could have been otherwise.

The Lord says we reap what we sow.  He says that the sins of the fathers are passed to thier children, He says we share in evil when we do not speak against it.

Who is to blame?
