False Healing Impartation

Matthew 10:7-8  As you go, preach, saying “The kingdom of Heaven is at hand. 8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.”

This is the stuff I came out of – (false) HEALING –

Randy Clark was one of the speakers (along with Bill Johnson) at the one and only IAHR (International Assoc of Healing Rooms -Cal Pierce/John G. Lake) conference I attended a few years ago in Spokane. He also was very influential in the spiritual life of the Healing Rooms Director I worked with.  I have a video of Randy and Todd at Lakeland on my blog doing that impartation thing –electrocution style. Impartation is a very big thing in charismania. I’m sure it’s were I picked up the demons. Bad stuff.

Watch it here to see if you really want to be a part of the teaching and impartation offered by Randy and his cohorts- and hear them discuss the connection between Todd Bentley, Randy Clark and the Toronto Blessing – Lakeland Electrocution Impartation

A man cannot impart spiritual gifts, power, anointing, knowledge or wisdom into another. Those things are given through God alone. The Holy Spirit IS God, so how can a man who teaches improper things and false doctrine impart Him to you? It cannot be done. Let me warn you. Watching and listening to false teaching in agreement  is enough to invite demons into your life. If you open your mind to the thought that “maybe they are right, maybe they know more than I” you have opened a door for deception. The devil will be very happy to lead you further astray. This is what happened to me.

Link to Randy Clark’s ministry – Global Awakening (There’s that word again – AWAKENING) Does this sound like it has anything to do with Christ or the gospel?

Again, in these teachings and ministries they completely deny the work of the Holy Spirit in believing THEY are the carriers of His presence.  THEY have the answer to why people don’t heal when they are prayed for. Forget the sovereignty of God. Word of Faith has the answer everyone is looking for. They spin off of Ken Hagin’s stuff.  It’s witchcraft repackaged!

It is God who heals. We pray, He moves. Not everyone gets healed and we do not know why. It is not our place to know. It is not even our place to ask or to question God.  I don’t care how many times they spit out the word intimacy, there are some things we are not to know. Isaiah 55:8 For My thoughts are not  your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways, says the Lord. 9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts. Those who do not walk in the Spirit led lifestyle will go after other knowledge and claim to know things the rest of us do not. Whatever they are selling, even if they offer it for free – you do not want it.

Acts 8:18-24 Then they laid hands on them, and they received the Holy Spirit. 18 and when Simon saw that through the laying on of the apostles’ hands the Holy Spirit was given, he offered them money, 19 saying, “Give me this power also, that anyone on whom I lay hands may receive the Holy Spirit.” 20 But Peter said to him, “Your money perish with you, because you thought that the gift of God could be purchased with money! 21 You have neither part nor portion in this matter, for your heart is not right in the sight of God. 22 Repent therefore of this your wickedness, and pray God if perhaps the thought of your heart may be forgiven you. 23 For I see that you are poisoned by bitterness and bound by iniquity.” 24 Then Simon answered and said, “Pray to the Lord for me, that none of the things which you have spoken may come upon me.”

Simon was a new believer as noted in verse 13, having had been a sorcerer. Being so new to the faith it is easy to be mistaken. Peter pointed his sin out to him in without haste and Simon repented. These gnostic laden teachers are not new believers and are therefore without excuse.

After all, where we we when God hung the stars into place and set the planets into orbit? Can we tell God how that is done? No. We cannot. (Those who think otherwise should read the last few chapters of Job.) Where we we when God formed Adam out of the dust of the ground creating intricate parts of the body that miraculously work together? We cannot tell Him how creation of man is done. We cannot tell Him how to heal a person. And we cannot tell another how to heal a person. Healing comes only from the power of God Himself through His choice to heal or to not heal. It will never come through a man made method or decree or proclamation, nor by study course or impartation!

It certainly does not come from healing energy, (see their message below) which sounds very much like Reiki, a Japanese technique for reducing stress and promoting healing through the laying on of hands. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.Read more here – What is Reiki

Be careful, be wise and ask the Lord to give us all greater discernment in these times.

Contemplative Centering Prayer – Ken Silva

Good article from Ken at Apprising Ministries. He keeps up on this stuff much better than I can!

By Ken Silva pastor-teacher on Dec 30, 2009 in Contemplative Spirituality/Mysticism

This so-called “spiritual discipline” is the chief vehicle of Contemplative Spirituality/Mysticism and is without question a ”Christian” form of transcendental meditation. Consider the following from Contemplative (Centering) Prayer:

In 1974, Father William Meninger, a Trappist monk and retreat master at St. Josephs Abbey in Spencer, Mass. found a dusty little book in the abbey library, The Cloud of Unknowing. As he read it he was delighted to discover that this anonymous 14th century book presented contemplative meditation as a teachable, spiritual process enabling the ordinary person to enter and receive a direct experience of union with God.

This form of meditation, recently known as ‘Centering Prayer’ (from a text of Thomas Merton) can be traced from and through the earliest centuries of Christianity… (Online source)

The last statement is true to a point; as you’ll see in Keeping You Apprised Of: Contemplative/Centering Prayer it did not originate with Jesus or His Apostles, but circa third century from hermits in the desert of Egypt who’re romanticized today as “the desert fathers.” And as you can see the terms Contemplative/Centering Prayer (CCP) are synonymous for this practice of “wordless prayer.”

You’ll also see that practioners of CCP, such as Living Spiritual Teacher and Quaker mystic Richard Foster, will often refer to CCP as “the silence.” Foster tells us:

Contemplative Prayer immerses us into the silence of God. How desperately we in the modern world need this wordless baptism… Contemplative Prayer is the one discipline that can free us from our addiction to words. Progress in intimacy with God means progress toward silence… It is recreating silence to which we are called in Contemplative Prayer…

A Warning And A Precaution

At the outset I need to give a word of warning,… Contemplative Prayer is not for the novice. I do not say this about any other form of prayer… Contemplative prayer is for those who have exercised their spiritual muscles a bit and know something about the landscape of the spirit. In fact, those who work in the area of spiritual direction always look for signs of a maturing faith before encouraging individuals into Contemplative Prayer…

I also want to give a word of precaution. In the silent contemplation of God we are entering deeply into the spiritual realm, and there is such a thing as a supernatural guidance. While the Bible does not give us a lot of information on that, there are various orders of spiritual beings, and some of them are definitely not in cooperation with God and his way! … But for now I want to encourage you to learn and practice prayers of protection. (Prayer: Finding The Heart’s True Home, 155, 156, 157)

CCP has no place in the Body of Christ; because if it did, when Jesus was asked by His disciples how to pray, He would surely have mentioned this alleged ”wordless baptism” supposedly so necessary for, “Progress in intimacy with God [i.e. Law].” But the Master did not. How do we know; well, I’m glad you asked.

We know because God the Holy Spirit tells us in His inspired, inerrant, and infallible, text of Holy Scripture through His chosen vessel Luke:

Now Jesus was praying in a certain place, and when He finished, one of His disciples said to Him, “Lord, teach us to pray, as John taught his disciples.” And He said to them, “When you pray, say: Father, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Give us each day our daily bread, and forgive us our sins, for we ourselves forgive everyone who is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation.” (Luke 11:1-4, ESV)

I’m so glad Ken pointed that out. When I was the intercessor for the healing room ministry I simply asked God how do I pray.  I got the same answer.

Another False Move Meeting

The Convergence of Bad Rivers

Spiritual drunkenness. Want to see what a drunk looks like?  Go to a bar and watch and then watch this video. It’s the same bodily movements and descriptions. Carol Arnott – the more she speaks the more she gets knocked by that spirit. It is not the Holy Spirit, but do you think those in the audience care?  And her husband John who says they’ve had more fun in the last 15 years than is probably legal. Really? Tell that to Christians in other countries who are tortured or martyred for their genuine faith.

Here are a couple of my articles that address these issues if you haven’t already read them:

Another Spirit

Spiritual Drunkenness

I’ve avoided the whole John Crowder/Benjamin Dunn scene because they are so disgusting they are beyond mention. If you want to watch them “toke the ghost” you can find them on youtube easily enough. I can’t get into it here as I find their videos to be nothing but an outright mockery of God.

Their women are teaming with Beni Johnson (Bethel) to do a women’s conference –  Girls Just Want To Have Fun (wasn’t that a Madonna song?  Oops nope. It’s Cyndi Lauper, but of course the most recent recording is Miley Cyrus! Who do you think these Crowder women are getting these messages from?)

Crowder says “its like girls gone wild in the glory”.  Is that supposed to be some kind of compliment?  Or maybe it’s telling of  just what kind of spirit is behind this movement. Then there’s the list of women throughout history who have impacted revival. hmmm.. Whose revival?

Still don’t think Bethel is going contemplative? Crowder is. Listen to the description of his upcoming conferences toward the end of the vid. Birds of a feather…

If you can bear it, watch the video. It links to their own youtube site.

Girls Gone Wild Just Want To Have Fun (links to vid)

Crowder at John Alexander Dowie’s grave (links to vid) and will give an idea of where he gets his “anointing”. (I’m having problems with this link but you can find it on his right sidebar if it doesn’t pop up.)

When I saw IHOP, Bethel and John Arnott (Toronto Blessing) team together I thought that was it. No. Bethel teaming with the Crowder/Dunn gang is beyond it. But, I fear it is still only the beginning. So, if its ok to be drunk in the spirit, now they will be wasted in the spirit. What an outrage before our God!  What vain imaginations!

They say that abortion is the ruination of America, God is judging. But, what about the outright mockery these people have made of Him? We may need to rethink exactly what it is God will judge us for. Lou Engle and all that hot air going out on abortion and his solemn assemblies…He’s right there in the mix.

These people claim faith in the Jesus Christ who died for their sins, the One who made it possible to connect them back into relationship with God the Father. Yet they deny Him with their words of false teaching and prophecy. They deny the true person of the Holy Spirit.  What is left for them now? Their Savior has already come. Who is left to save them?

Slain in Whose Spirit?

This is a very good video re: Slain in the Spirit that Redeemed Hippie has on her site.

If you or someone you know has experienced this manifestation attributed to the work of the Holy Spirit, you need to be aware of what the bible has to say, or in this case, does not have to say about it.

The Convergence of Bad Rivers

The Next Great Awakening, from CBN (watch video from link)

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Thousands of people have been packing into special services at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City, Mo. They’re lured by the presence of God that has been falling upon the place over and over again since Nov. 11. Many have been healed, some physically, but plenty more emotionally and spiritually.

Now the question hanging over this visitation of the Holy Spirit: is this the start of something really big? Could this be the next Great Awakening? (Visitation of the Holy Spirit?)

Pastor Alan Koch from nearby Lee’s Summit, Mo., hopes so. He remembers what he heard at a global charismatic conference Kansas City hosted back in the 1970s.

“One of the prophecies that came out was that there were going to be spokes that were going to be going out to the nations, but the focus of that, the center was Kansas City,” he recalled.

When this move of God hit IHOP, the leaders immediately invited John and Carol Arnott of the 15-year-long Toronto Renewal and Bill and Benni Johnson of Redding, California’s miracle-packed Bethel Church to come check out what the Lord’s doing in Kansas City.  (See this:https://mkayla.wordpress.com/2009/12/04/another-false-move-meeting/)

At a jammed IHOP renewal service, Benni Johnson recalled a prophetic word given around 1909 by William Seymour, leader of the 1906 Azusa Street Revival: “He said ‘In another hundred years, there’s going to be another great outpouring. It’s going to be a Great Outpouring.”

“You do the math,” Johnson said. “We’re in that season now.”

Angelic Encounter

Johnson also shared a story told by a Welsh student at Bethel’s School of Supernatural Ministry. A woman from Wales described a wild encounter she had with an angel at the chapel where the great 1904 Welsh Revival began.

“She turned around and she saw a huge, huge angel. She said the foot of the angel was as large as the chapel. It was that big,” Johnson recalled. “And she actually had the nerve to talk to this angel, and said, ‘Are you the angel of this next Great Awakening?’ And he said, ‘No, I’m the angel of the 1904 Awakening. But there is another one coming. And it is bigger and it is greater.'”

Rivers of Revival Come Together

Carol Arnott shared the prophecy one of her most trusted Christian friends gave her about a year ago.

“Carol, the three rivers, Kansas City, Redding and Toronto, must come together. The three rivers must come together for what God wants to do in this next move,” Arnott remembered.

Johnson had something else prophetic to tell IHOP. “I woke up a year ago,” she said, “Woke up with this word: ‘Pray for IHOP, I’m about to do something.'”

“I felt that there was something strategic that was going to be happening,” Johnson explained. “This is perfect timing in God’s kingdom. And I’m so excited to see what God is doing here and in so many other places.”

As Johnson and Arnott shared, IHOP founder Mike Bickle said he had no knowledge of such prophecies when he invited the Arnotts and Johnsons to come support the Kansas City renewal as it began. A sense of awe filled the stage as the leaders of the three ministries realized God had already been weaving the three together prophetically long before they thought to come together in Kansas City.

Among The Young

IHOP is cheering such stories and prophecies. It also considers it a major sign that this awakening began in its Bible school among young people, and that it’s spreading rapidly to other college campuses via IHOP’s webcast. That’s because over the years many awakenings have begun at colleges and with the young.

“He is getting the heart of the next generation,” IHOP-U’s president Allen Hood said of the Lord. “When He wants to begin an awakening, He begins to get the heart of the college-age students.”

IHOP-U’s provost, Wes Hall said it’s significant God has been doing deep spiritual surgery among the young people, excising sins and hurts and brokenness.

“The Lord is setting them free from these heavy yokes so that they can be free to minister God’s love out of a real experience that His love is real, and His freedom is real. It’s not just a concept that the blood of Jesus makes you clean,” Hall explained.

His Goodness

Bethel’s Bill Johnson said it’s just a start for what God wants to show the world.

“There’s a realm and a measure of blessing that the Lord wants to release into the Earth that has never been seen before. Hosea chapter 3 says that in the latter days there will be a fear of God because of His goodness…because of His goodness,” he explained. (Pardon, but my bible does not use the word BECAUSE. In Hosea 3:8, it reads, Afterward the children of Israel shall return and seek the Lord their God and David their king. They shall fear the Lord and His goodness in the latter days.)

“There’s something about His goodness that’s going to strike us to the core, and bring a yieldedness that we’ve never been able to get any other way. He’s about to overwhelm and overtake,” Johnson said. (This is not the character of the Lord God to “overwhelm” or to “overtake”.)

Toronto’s John Arnott added a serious warning. One of the quickest ways to squelch revival is to be offended at the controversial signs and behavior that often accompany it.

He recalled how critics blasted Toronto’s renewal and the wild behaviors sometimes exhibited even as hundreds of thousands of people were getting saved and revived.

“It just baffled me,” Arnott said. “I’m looking around saying, ‘What’s not to like?’ So somebody fell down or somebody shouted. Come on! It’s so much deeper than that. It’s the life of God in the heart of His people setting them on fire with passion for Jesus.'”  (Arnott is indeed baffled, led astray from this devious, deceitful spirit he chases. Manifestations such as falling down, shaking, flailing limbs are not indicative of the presence of the Holy Spirit. So, yes, John Arnott, we are offended!)

Signs That Can Offend

Some IHOP staffers and students confess they were offended when they first saw some of their fellow IHOPers falling and laughing and shaking wildly under the influence of the Spirit.

Longtime Christian Crystal Camacho described her reaction the first day of the awakening.

“I am cynical, because people are rolling and laughing,” she said. “And I’m kind of like ‘Is this what revival looks like? If so, I’m offended.'”

But God brought the IHOP staffer and student up short the next day as she was praying for someone else to be freed from a judgmental, religious spirit.

“And I was like ‘God I pray that you set her free from religion,’ but I hear the Lord say, ‘Crystal, how can you pray for someone’s freedom and yet you are in the same bondage?,'” she asked.

Then Camacho surrendered herself to God, asked for prayer from others at the renewal and was soon knocked out in the Spirit. She came up shaking in the Lord for hours and it’s been happening frequently ever since.

“From 6 p.m. to 4 a.m. I could not stop shaking under the presence of the Lord, and I was filled with joy!” she exclaimed. “And it’s non-stop. Like even when I’m sleeping, I’ll wake up with just bursts of laughter.”  (Laughter or hysteria? I don’t understand the idea that we can be in Christ Who has made us free and yet be in bondage.  What a lie. Her original “offense” was her first clue something was truly wrong there!)

A Hub for Worldwide Revival?

This willingness to surrender to God, no matter the cost. seems to be a serious sign many at IHOP and involved in the renewal are ready to be used on a wider stage. And IHOP’s in an extremely strategic position to become a hub for worldwide revival.

The ministry has been sending prayer and worship up to God 24-hours a day for 10 solid years now, and it has more than 70 people in its media department to feed that worship across the Earth over TV and the Web.

That ability to broadcast made last year’s Lakeland revival the first one to go global almost immediately.

“When God pours out His Spirit today, we saw from Lakeland, that it’ll go around the world just like that,” Hood said, snapping his fingers. “What’s exciting about that is that with one outpouring, the global bride of Christ can get awakened and set on fire.”

It is true we are seeing something come together between IHOP, Bethel, Lakeland, stemming from the Toronto Blessing lies of the “latter rain” and their false prophets and false doctrines.  Pray that the truth of these movements be evident to all.

If you are involved in these movements and gatherings, what you experience is not the latest move of God, not His presence or His love. It is a false spirit. Forget about how good it feels and how much you giggle. Read your bible, specifically about the work of the Holy Spirit in the life of a believer,  and get away from this masquerading one.

True revivals are about repentance and the need for salvation! False revivals are all about the person, their destiny, falling down and feeling drunk! Big difference.

Oral Roberts Dies

Oral Roberts Dies

In no way rejoicing, but for those who care to know, Oral Roberts today has joined the growing list of Word Faith teachers who have died.  Where once again, a man who claimed he had the power to heal others could not, like his predecessors, heal himself.  The cause of Mr. Robert’s death was complications of pneumonia according to Melany Ethridge, his spokeswoman.  He was 91 years old.

In poking around the Web, I came across a website of one who was closely tied to the Oral Roberts ministry and was himself a Word Faith preacher and also one of Oral Robert’s bodyguards.  Here, I felt it would be profitable to share his reflections since he walked where many of us have not walked regarding the Word Faith movement.  And to God be the glory, by His grace, this brother was delivered from the Word Faith movement and is now a Southern Baptist preacher.

Speaking to Oral Roberts death on his blog, he writes:

I do not write this gladly or mockingly. I worked for Oral Roberts for two years. I was one of his bodyguards. I delivered his newspaper every morning. I watched over his family as they slept. I was a huge fan and admirer.

But Oral Roberts died sick today. Just like all of the famous Faith Healers, he has died sick. Kenneth Hagin died of heart disease although he claimed to enjoy Divine Health. He was on heart meds for years.

EW Kenyon, the founder of the Word of Faith Religion and author of the confession brings possesion [sp] message, died from a malignant tumor.

The Word of Faith Message is a false one. It does not work, even for the most famous preachers.

Most assuredly their message is a false one regardless of what the deceivers like Jesse Duplantis continue to spout forth.  The only option for those trapped in this movement and in bondage to its damning legalism is that you leave this movement even as Junker Jorge did.  And that you come to understand and believe the true gospel where Jesus came not to deliver us from sickness, pain and suffering nor to give us wealth and richers, but the one where he came to set us free from sin and give unto us the gift of eternal life.

Just to add to this article, the teaching, motivation and claims of healing, health and  prosperity this man and many others teach under the word of faith or positive confession movements are the same false teachings given by the International Association of Healing Rooms supported by Cal Pierce, located throughout the world.  Many others who claim divine health and healing as part of salvation suffer sickness and disease and eventually die from the very health related causes they once scoffed at. Like the article says, leave this movement if you are at all involved in it.

Bullies or Spiritual Elitists

If you are reading this and you have been told or read in books that you don’t have the place spiritually to name false teachers and prophets, or the place to question your leaders because you are not apostolic or a leader, you are being fed a fat lie. We all have the expectation to uphold the truth of the gospel and dispel false teaching.

If you are being told you do not have the place or the right to speak against leaders or apostles because you do not effect the kingdom as greatly as they – we are talking a numbers game here – how many, how much – please know that God is not interested in these tallies. Again, you are being fed a great big fat lie.

Remember the bully in the playground, the one who made fun of a kid- maybe you – and all the other kids joined in mocking, calling names, laughing? They did this so the bully wouldn’t turn on them. They did it out of fear of the bully, fear of rejection because the bully appeared to have more power and more authority than the little guy. But what authority did he have? Only in what was perceived, not in reality. Big difference.

It is the same in the self appointed false apostolic movement, these self righteous phonies are the bullies of the gospel. They want nothing else than to separate you from the freedom you have with your savior, with Jesus Christ AND to separate you from the word of God and knowing the truth. This is why there is so much of their merchandise out there, readily available, and often free. If they were so concerned about your spiritual condition they would point you to the word of God, not the words they themselves have penned.

There is no substitute for the truth of the word of God – none – no matter how it is packaged. These liars will not stand side by side with you on judgment day taking responsibility for the lies they sold you. Don’t be taken by these fat lies, expose them.  And in the meantime, make them show you in the word where it says we are not permitted to question their claims of authority and bad teaching!

Jesse Duplantis – Adam, Not God Breathed Life Into Animals

I found this video clip of Jesse Duplantis teaching on another blog. I was completely struck at how bad Jesse’s teachings have gotten to be. But this is far from just an error, this is a deliberate lie. Watch how the people just go along even tho he is reading with them out of the bible, or claims to be. Don’t they read for themselves??  Do they not see? And what is this word of faith preacher’s lie that brings God down to man’s level, or even beneath it, as it shows Him as though He is clueless, yet exalts man above God in power and intelligence. Woe.

This also caught my attention because it is along the lines of Adam and his dominion  in my article found here  – Dominion and the Rule of Adam.

Song – Christ Our Life

Christ Our Life

This is an mp3 audio – It is a very beautiful song and I was so touched by it I wanted to share it with you. It came from an article a friend sent me. I don’t know who wrote it as I didn’t bother with the research. I just wanted to share it with you, pure and simple.

I hope you are as blessed as I was in hearing it.

Funding The Third… whatevertheycallit

I got this in my e-mail and wanted to point some stuff out. I don’t think Dutch is actually hearing from God, being part of the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR), joined with C Peter Wagner.  He has some valid claims about America in this e-mail, but I don’t believe this is the way God intends for Christians to spread the gospel, or recognize and fulfill their God given responsibilities as His children and as followers of the faith. And as you might guess I doubt that any true born again believer has to travel to some place of special anointing to hear God or to be awakened to their destiny. Why? Because Christ is the anointed One.  So, there is great doubt as to what gospel Dutch and those like him are actually spreading as I don’t seem to find any truth in their NAR or Word of Faith (WOF) doctrines.

I’ve added some links to some of my writings to help pull this together.

Remember, Dutch is looking for those who have not bent their knee to Ba’al to pull this off financially.

December 9, 2009

Dear Friends

Greetings and blessings. I trust you had a great Thanksgiving and will have a wonderful Christmas and Holiday season. Like many, this is one of my favorite times of the year. I always find myself taking a fresh look at the wonder and mystery of Christ becoming one of us. The story still amazes me.

Christ never became one of us. He is God incarnate, fully God, fully man. This statement is a big woe.

Over the past year many of us have watched with “shock and awe” at the speed and undisguised efforts of our President and Congress to reshape America and rewrite her history. It has been terrifying.

I agree with this statement, as it has become so blatantly clear that Obama and those he has employed have no regard for sound Christian faith or the American people.  Except that it is not the responsibility of the government to uphold the faith, but it is the work of the Christians.  (See how this kind of fits with the Manhattan Declaration. The same buzz word “unity” which is a biggie right now even in the charismatic circle. See the references to the US Constitution, founding fathers intent, etc., and the claimed call of God to stand for these things in America.)

Link to article on New Age Spirituality in Manhattan Declaration

But, God has not given up on America and neither should we. His heart and passion still consumes us and we continue to hold fast to our faith that He is coming with a great awakening and outpouring to this nation.

I question where Dutch gets this idea of a great awakening and outpouring. I know that there have been true revivals in the past. But never by any of these new apostles.

Like many, we are working very hard, doing our part to see this come to pass. (I have been on the road 24 of the last 33 days.) It is a joy to travel across our great nation. My life theme now is to light fires of awakening and sow seeds of reformation. America must have both! Thank you for allowing me to share my heart with you.

Work, work, work. It’s my job and yours is to pay me and my troupe.  Really tho. Who wouldn’t want to travel this great country, stay in fine hotels and have your meals prepared by great chefs!  How hard is that?

If Dutch’s life theme is to light these fires, what have the rest of the Christians been doing all these years? What about the true and faithful pastors and teachers, called to preach and teach the word? Are they nothing? I know there aren’t many of them anymore, but don’t count on these guys bringing much to the table, either.

Along with the normal travels and activities I continue to do, I am working on three huge projects I’d like to make you aware of.

Link to my article  – awakening or just wake up?

First, we have begun a tour called the Awakening and Reformation Tour, in which we plan to go to 30 – 40 cities over the next 18 months. It is a significant endeavor, with 7 ministries and several members of my staff going to each city. The purpose is to announce and release awakening. I believe the Lord told me we are not waiting on Him for the awakening we’ve cried out for – He is waiting on us – and that if we would go He would empower and anoint us to release the spirit of awakening across the nation.

I thought believers were already equipped to preach the gospel through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.  What is a spirit of awakening? Are we asleep?

The first two tour gatherings have been tremendous and we believe this week in Houston, and each one in the future, will be even more powerful (please go to http://www.theartour.com for schedules and more information.)

Why will the meetings gain in power? Does the God gain power when He is moved from place to place as in this tour?

The second project is a large outdoor, 3-day gathering in June of 2010 called Wilderness Outcry. The way God has sovereignty orchestrated this gathering with dreams, divine encounters and events has been amazing.  All subjective. We all know how questionable these spiritual encounters are and how dangerous they can prove to be. We’re expecting 100,000 – 200,000 people. The event has so much wind of the Holy Spirit on it that I feel it may end up being the most significant event I’ve ever participated in.

Wind of the Holy Spirit? What does he mean by this statement? Has anyone really felt the wind of the Holy Spirit other than those described in Acts 2? Why can’t the rest of the body feel this wind? I guess it’s another one of those – “come and get some” events.

I truly believe it has the potential to help launch the Third Great Awakening in America. Hmm…didn’t they say something along those lines about Todd Bentley?? You can get all the details by logging on to The third project is one I have mentioned to you before, but due to the possibility of the idea being stolen I have not given you specifics. (One organization has already tried to steal it.) http://www.wildernessoutcry.com.

This statement is what really bothered me the most and got my true attention. I guess Dutch thinks this word from God was for him only and he had to guard it so that he would be given the credit for hearing and obeying. If this was truly of God, wouldn’t others hear the same thing? Doesn’t it take the BODY to accomplish the purpose of Christ? I guess not if you are an anointed apostle like Dutch.

This project has the potential of impacting our nation in a huge way for many years. What we are working on is an American heritage and prayer Bible containing hundreds (close to a thousand) of quotes and facts from our nation’s founders, early leaders, educators, government officials, etc.

So now we will have access to the word of God and the intent of man all rolled together. I am not against learning about and standing up for our constitution. I am against this man’s ideas and his claims that he has heard this from God. And besides, the word was given to all men, not just those residing in America.

These quotes completely disprove all of the efforts to revise our history and Christian heritage. They prove our Christian roots and God-given destiny, our founding fathers’ intentions, and completely disprove the lie of the separation of church and state.

Each quote is footnoted from a pertinent verse of scripture.

So they can prove what they claim is biblical even though America is not mentioned specifically in the bible.

The information in this Bible is more powerful than you can imagine. So it is more powerful than any bible we have received so far.  Families, individuals, young people, students, leaders, etc. who use it as a devotional tool will be incredibly impacted – overwhelmingly so – as they realize God’s hand in the forming of our nation. The idea for this Bible came in a powerful visitation (again subjective) from the Lord and I have a deep faith that it will be one of the tools God uses to help us recapture His dream for America!

What dream did God have? You better believe this bible is one to avoid as more than likely it will be founded on WOF and NAR charismatic crazy doctrine.

The Bible will also contain close to a thousand short quotes on prayer to inspire and motivate people to pray for America.

So, the command to pray out of obedience is not enough. We have to have a historic motivation.  Besides, why are these elitists always harping that little guy doesn’t pray enough?

It also will have a copy of the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and other important documents in the index. There is nothing like it. We want to get this into the hands of every young person possible (as well as older folks, of course), because most of them know nothing about our true heritage and God-given destiny – it has been completely stolen from them. We intend to distribute hundreds of thousands of these Bibles and also to develop Bible studies and other spin-offs to help disseminate the information. The potential of this project is staggering. We have been working on it for over two years!

As you can imagine, the cost of these three projects is great. We have had to bear the load of heavy up-front costs for the Bible – I have over $250,000 invested in it so far – without being able to raise funds (because of the need for secrecy.)

Why again this need for secrecy?

It has strapped and stretched us greatly. We also had to front approximately $30,000 for the Awakening Tour, and now I’m now being told I need $100,000 immediately for all of the up-front contracts for Wilderness Outcry, the outdoor gathering this summer.

Why do these men do this? Why do the insist on creating these debts and expect other to foot the bill?

If you have followed our ministry in the past, you know I am not one who regularly makes appeals for finances and I never use manipulative strategies.

Oh. So, telling people God has said…and then asking for cash is not manipulative..???  As tho anyone of us wants to willingly disobey God. ugh.

But with all of these expenses, combined with the ailing economy which has effected giving, Dutch Sheets Ministries is in a more desperate situation than we have ever been in. Without a significant financial breakthrough by the end of this month, we will have to lay-off several staff members and put some of these projects on hold. I do not believe this is what God wants.

Maybe this is the will of God, seeing as the entire country is in a state of need with starving children, so many out of work, losing homes and investments by the bazillions, creating a homeless people situation by the thousands who have nothing other than to walk the streets. And God is going to say give your money to this man so I can awaken you, so I can give you this Americanized version of the bible?….

I, for one, have been praying that God would remove these false teachers, prophets and evangelists and that He would open the eyes of those who have been blinded by their lies and deceptive teachings. So, if this kingdom Dutch built is crumbling, I have to say God is answering my prayer.

Any help you can give us at this time will be very appreciated. If some of you can give significant gifts, they are very needed. And, finally, if you know anyone, or perhaps a foundation, that you feel might want to help in a significant way with this Bible (we will need at least $500,000 more to finish the development and print the first run) and would be willing to pass on this information to them, we would be grateful. Also, please pray with us for the breakthrough we need at this time. We’re confident God is going to provide.

Somehow I don’t think this is the intention of our Father, but we all need to settle that for ourselves. Send Dutch hundreds of thousands in cash and let the poor starve and freeze. And have a Merry Christmas in the meantime and a happy and prosperous New Year.

Can anyone say One World Religion?
