A Shared Deception: The Lies We Believed

Finally, my friends!

What if one day you began to question and research some of the things you witnessed as a Christian? As a result, your research proved irrefutable evidence that you had been practicing another religion in the name of God.

What if the source of power behind your charismatic gifts of prophecy, healing, and dream interpretation attributed to the Holy Spirit proved to be another spirit all together?

Who could you turn to if everyone you knew believed the same as you?

A former seer-prophet and healing rooms minister shares her experiences and quest for spiritual truth and spiritual freedom. Journey with the author as she exposes the false teachings found deep within the false prophetic and healing movements coveted by much of the Christian church today.

Paul and the Third Heaven

2nd Corinthians 12:

1Boasting is necessary, though it is not profitable; but I will go on to visions and revelations of the Lord. 2I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago—whether in the body I do not know, or out of the body I do not know, God knows—such a man was caught up to the third heaven. 3And I know how such a man—whether in the body or apart from the body I do not know, God knows— 4was caught up into Paradise and heard inexpressible words, which a man is not permitted to speak. 5On behalf of such a man I will boast; but on my own behalf I will not boast, except in regard to my weaknesses. 6For if I do wish to boast I will not be foolish, for I will be speaking the truth; but I refrain from this, so that no one will credit me with more than he sees in me or hears from me.

If we were to carefully read these words we would come to an easy conclusion that Paul did not speak of things seen in this vision. He did not go on to boast of his great gift, nor that he had the power to manifest such a gift in others by the laying on of hands. He would not be allowed that credit.

Do you see that?

There are so many people today who would have us believe otherwise. And to our shame, such things are allowed to go on. They are believed. They are sought-after. And those who teach such things contrary to scripture are considered prophets. How can a prophet of God speak against the word of God?

The Iraq Dinar Revalues As Part of Kingdom Wealth!!!!

The following article was submitted by just1ofhis. It contains an interesting mix of New Age, Word of Faith prosperity promises, false prophecies and flat out lies. When we are not checking the bible to these kinds of claims or doing other research to find out the truth we become ensnared. This is one way the people of God perish or are destroyed from a lack of knowledge – Hosea 4:6.

The Iraq Dinar Revalues!!!!

Did that get your heart beating faster?  This is news that a large number of people following some very dangerous and deceiving self-declared “prophets” have been anxiously waiting for.  These deluded people are on a roller coaster ride from hell.

For years now, the dominionists have been speaking about a great wealth transfer about to take place in God’s Kingdom to bring the wealth of the rich into the hands of the poor.  Consider this “prophetic declaration” spoken by C. Peter Wagner before some 1500 followers at the Pentecost Celebration at Glory of Zion in Texas in June of 2006.  The conference was titled “From the Pit to the Palace.”

http://www.glory-of-zion.org/outmail/6-20-06_EatTheWordOnline.htm

GOD’S KINGDOM WEALTH SHALL BE RELEASED! By C. Peter Wagner

I hereby take the apostolic authority that I have been given by God as an ambassador for the Kingdom of God. I make this decree on the foundation of the blood shed by Jesus Christ, God’s Son, at the cross of Calvary. I enunciate these words by the power of the infilling of the Third Person of the Trinity, the Holy Spirit of God.

(My note:  Gospel 101:  Then He took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you.  This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many FOR THE FORGIVENESS OF SINS.” (Matt 26:27-28 NIV, emphasis mine).  Jesus did not shed His precious blood for any other reason than to cover your sins.)

In compliance with the sacred scriptures written in Ephesians 3:10, I, on behalf of the Church of Jesus Christ, make known the manifold wisdom of God to the principalities and powers in the Heavenly places. I say to you, evil spirits of darkness, that the reign you have usurped over the creation and over the nations of the world since the Garden of Eden is hereby coming to an end. The wisdom of God declares that His Kingdom is coming and that His will shall be done here on earth as it is in Heaven. Your dominion is coming to an end, replaced by the godly dominion of those who are born again children of the last Adam, Jesus Christ.

(My note:  Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth HAS BEEN GIVEN TO ME.”  (Matt 28:18 NIV, emphasis mine)  According to scripture, the authority already belongs to Jesus.  Exactly whose authority is Wagner trying to usurp?)

As a key part of bringing this about, God has declared through His prophets that the wealth of the wicked will be released to the Kingdom of God. Powers of darkness will diminish and powers of light will flourish. I declare this to the principalities and powers who have been agents of Satan to obstruct this transfer of wealth for too long: Your time is up! Your evil powers are broken! By the blood of Jesus Christ, I declare that your wicked powers are demolished! I take the apostolic authority that has been given me and I bind you! What is bound on earth will be bound in Heaven. Let go of the wealth of the nations! I loose this wealth for the Kingdom of God. What has been loosed on earth will be loosed in Heaven!

(My note:  Again, the devil took Him to a very high mountain and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor.  “All this I will give you,” he said, “if you will bow down and worship me.”  Jesus said to him, “Away from me, Satan! For it is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve Him only.” (Matt 4:8-10 NIV)

“No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other.  YOU CANNOT SERVE BOTH GOD AND MONEY.” (Matt 6: 24 NIV, emphasis mine)

I declare that this wealth will be distributed for the extension of the Kingdom of God by the apostles that God has set in the church. I consecrate these chosen apostles. Two days ago I completed the formation of an apostolic council of 48. These experienced men and women have passed the tests of giftedness, effectiveness, leadership, and exemplary character. I speak specifically to Mammon, you vile and destructive demonic principality, and I say you will keep your hands off these 48 chosen ones. Neither greed nor covetousness nor parsimony nor self-reliance will be able to influence God’s chosen and anointed ones. They, among many others like them, will be mighty agents of God for the transformation of society. They will lead the way in restoring the rightful dominion and stewardship over God’s creation that was lost by our forefather, the first Adam.

(My note:  This is from the prayer Jesus prayed for His disciples:  “I pray for them. I AM NOT PRAYING FOR THE WORLD,  but for those You have given me, for they are Yours.”(John 17:9 NIV, emphasis mine)  The idea that God is trying to transform society and take back creation is utterly false.  As Peter wrote in 2 Peter 3, this world is slated for destruction by fire.  The Bible makes clear that God has no desire to “fix” this earth, but to rescue souls from His Wrath through the blood of Jesus.  Jesus answered it most clearly in John 19 verse 36, “My kingdom is not of this world.”)

I decree that vast amounts of wealth will be released supernaturally, even from godless and pagan sources. I decree that large numbers of God’s chosen people will be empowered in fresh and creative ways to gain wealth according to Deuteronomy 8:18. New inventions will multiply. Disruptive technologies will change the life patterns of the whole human race. The earth will disgorge vast riches of hidden resources. These will be entrusted to God’s agents. Profits will increase exponentially.

(My note:  The “godless and pagan sources” Wagner speaks of have, in the past few years, centered on a prophesied “revaluation of the Iraq dinar”.    When Jesus needed money to pay the temple tax, He sent Peter out to catch a fish.  In the mouth of that fish, Jesus told Peter he would find a four drachma coin to pay for both their taxes.  (see Matthew 17)  The obvious point here is that the Bible shows that God meets the needs of His people.  Jesus could have produced a million drachmas from the mouth of the fish.  He didn’t.  The desire for great wealth for any purpose is idolatry.)

The enemy’s camp will be plundered. The forces of darkness will be in disarray, and they will retreat. Jesus will be exalted in nation after nation. Righteousness and justice will sweep the earth as a tsunami. Resistance will be impossible. Jesus will put all things under His feet. He will deliver the Kingdom to God the Father. The prayer that Jesus taught us will be answered. “Your Kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven!”

It is spoken. So may it come to pass! Amen and amen!

A few years ago, I began hearing “word” from a “prophetic” church in our area about this great investment in the Iraq Dinar and how God was going to “fund His Kingdom” through it.  Many people followed the pastor’s advice and purchased the dinar.  The promise was oh-so-enticing.  I heard boasting of expected returns from a 100% to 1000%.

I was told that “everyone” was investing in this, that I better hurry so that I didn’t miss out, and that the “prophesies” about the Iraq Dinar were coming from the highest rungs of the church!

When I questioned the church’s leadership, I was scoffed at.  “The dinar is the only hope these people have” was the response.  My only hope is in Jesus Christ and Him crucified.  If your only “hope” is the foreign currency of a third world country, I pray for you.

A bit of explanation of the Iraq Dinar:

The Iraq Dinar is “pegged” to the US dollar and has been for years.  It trades around 1,170 dinars per $1.00 US.  Following is a 5 year chart of the dinar to the US dollar taken of Yahoo Finance:

This means that the dinar moves directly with the dollar.  The Iraq Dinar is not a market traded currency.  In other words, you must directly purchase dinar for US dollars from a trader to own them.  Traders take up to 20% off the top of the investment to make this trade.  It works like this:

You give the trader $1,000 US dollars. He gives you $800 US dollars worth of dinar. (Today, 10/4/12, they are trading for 1,165…so you would receive 932,000 dinar.  You are almost a “dinar”ionare!  Of course, you have an asset that you can’t sell in the market and is only worth $800 US).  The trader has made $200.  You receive a wallet full of dinar.

If you want to sell the dinar, you only have $800 US worth of them to sell.  You go back to the trader who will happily make this transaction, for a fee.  You end up with something less than $800 US).  But, hey, you got to carry around wads of Iraqi money to impress your friends.

Scam artists claim that the Dinar is going to be “unpegged” from the dollar and revalued.  They will tell you that the Iraq government will set the value of the dinar close to the value of a dollar, making your 932,000 dinars worth $932,000 US.  Now you are almost a millionaire! The fact that this appeals to anyone is telling in and of itself.

The state of Utah warned about the Iraq Dinar Revaluation as a scam in 2006:

Of course, false prophets are put here for no other reason than to deceive and lead astray.  Consider the first paragraph of prophecy from April 28, 2012, from Kim Clement:

4/28/2012
From The Den

April 28, 2012 – From The Den

Elijah saw the cloud the size of a man’s hand. This is what happened, and it’s important for all of you watching, for your own prosperity in the next seven years, starting almost immediately, that you listen and be patient. Remember what I taught you the other day; I said by patience you must possess your soul. In other words, don’t let your soul get disrupted when something doesn’t happen when you want it to happen. We heard about Firepointe; we heard about Ford – we heard about lots of things and some people are getting impatient (the Iraqi denar). These things happen in time. Obviously, there are moments where God says this is going to be released now, but this is what happened with Elijah. Elijah heard the sound of abundance. There were no clouds; there was no sign of abundance. He heard the sound; then he said to his servant, “Go and look until you see it.” Here comes the optical fusion. The servant went looking six times. You know he could have come back the fifth time and Elijah could have said just forget it! Six times he ran back and forth, and Elijah said, “Go back.” On the seventh – and you can take a little sign from this. I’m a little crafty sometimes, but I have to do it because I can’t tell you directly because the law prohibits me from doing it on this show. Seven times; the seventh time he saw a cloud the size of a man’s hand. (emphasis mine)

You can read the rest of the prophesy here:

http://kimclementvault.com/prophecyread.asp?num=535

Some people are getting impatient.   The dinar hasn’t revalued yet!   Some of these people have been waiting for years.  I have heard stories of homes lost and lives disrupted.  I pray that these folks repent of this madness and come back to the Truth of the Word of God.  If you have a pastor who has pushed this nonsense…RUN FOR THE DOOR AND DON’T LOOK BACK.

In the book of Revelation chapter 16 speaks of evil spirits that look like frogs:

The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the East.  THEN I SAW THREE EVIL SPIRITS THAT LOOKED LIKE FROGS; they came out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet.  They are spirits of demons performing miraculous signs, and they go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them for the battle on the great day of God Almighty. (Rev 16:12-14 NIV, my emphasis)

This is Ch’an Chu, the Lucky Money Frog with three legs.  “Idols” like this have been used in China for thousands of years in hopes of good health and prosperity.

It is an image of the health and wealth gospel.  It is the garbage coming out of the mouths of people like C. Peter Wagner and Kim Clement, just as the Bible says it would.

The Lucky Money Frog has many meanings for the Chinese. Symbolically speaking, it is the embodiment of the yin concept, the immortal moon goddess. The moon goddess is what gives Ch’an Chu its form, and the lunar symbols such as the gems on his back (which resemble the dipper) and his three legs (which represent three lunar phases). And according to tradition, during a full moon the king money frog will appear near houses in which good news will soon be received. The ancient round I-Ching coins are also an important part of this tradition, and Anjian Australia Feng-Shui experts claim that the “ancient Chinese coins have been used for centuries as amulets to ward off evil and disease.”

Beware of sin that so easily entangles and resist those who peddle it:

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.  Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.  Consider Him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. (Heb 12:1-3 NIV)

Mark Chironna another pea in the pod of poo

I don’t know much about Mark Chironna. Only that he partnered and pal’d around with Kim Clement a few years back. He’s been around for a long time but I grew interested in him when some of his teaching was brought to my attention –

At Chironna’s website we find what could only be the end result of a mastered mix of psychology, psychic beliefs and the bible.  I say “mastered” because as you read his stuff the thinking is hmmmm…that sounds right. But, ahh, remember, discernment is not knowing the difference between right and wrong, but right and ALMOST right per our friend gone before us- Charles Spurgeon. Mark’s teaching is just like the false prophetic as life becomes all about ME, who I am, who I was created to be; destiny in the making. Mark takes this one step further as he gives out a process in how to make that happen. But the word of our God says nothing like this. It is all about Jesus Christ and our lives are to mirror His image, not one of our own making. (We) put on the new man who is renewed in the knowledge according  to the image of Him who created him. Colossians 3:10.

Mark may speak against new age heretics, but his teaching and explanation of the word shows him to be another pea in the pod of poo. He calls himself a “bishop”, a PhD-er, appears to be a very well paid “life coach” and is part of Peter Wagner’s New Apostolic Reformation which makes him another very dangerously deceived false apostle building a kingdom of his own. This makes him part of the “speak it into existence” crowd, more commonly known as the word of faith.

This video from BarnumandBentley shows Chironna’s connection with psychic and new age websites as he peddles his wares. Pardon, but there’s a snappy tune with the video. I kinda like it.

I began to do the research late this morning and found other sites who were putting up warnings against Mark. I read that he is to be the host on TBN tonight, although I cannot confirm it on their site, not sure why. So, since there seems to be a sudden interest on the web, God may be trying to tell us, or better Mark’s followers, the truth.

Again, I am reminded of this scripture, which seems to have been the bedrock for me in my search for the truth – Colosssians 2:8 Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ. 9 For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; 10 and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.

Philosophy and psychology are man made truths, and in themselves have nothing to do with God. To mix these ideas and fantasies with the word of God is to corrupt the true meaning of salvation. We are nothing without redemption for God gives us all that we need from His word.

If you are a follower of Mark’s, please take the time to compare his teachings with what the bible says. They are not the same teachings.

Kim and Michael

I hadn’t realized Kim did this. To give false hope of someone’s salvation is the same as a lie. It is trickery and deceitful. There is no indication that Michael was saved and to say such a thing to the world is to lead them into darkness. It is to give false hope. Desiring a closeness to the Holy Spirit is not salvation! Repentance is the only way!
Kim has a “word” for everyone tho, doesn’t he? Beware, false prophet! This man does not hear from the Most High God. Either he hears from demons, or he flat out lies.

KIM CLEMENT’S TRIBUTE TO MICHAEL JACKSON 1958-2009We, at Kim Clement Ministries, would like to send our deepest condolences and prayers to Michael Jackson’s three children and the rest of the Jackson family.I was honored to meet Michael and pray in his studio in 1994, while he was recording the History album. Just recently, it was his desire to make his music more spiritual and he reached out to Andre and Sandra Crouch, who prayed with him.

God is faithful and good. He saw Michael’s deep desire to be closer to the Holy Spirit and honored that. God knew what was to happen and prepared Michael for this.

Michael changed the way people sang and how they danced. He changed the way records were produced and engineered. He changed the music video and how music was marketed and sold. He was undoubtably one of the most recognizable entertainers in the world.

Though he was plagued with controversy over the years, somehow he always survived and fought through. I prayed for him many times and knew God would deal with him graciously and tenderly before his untimely death. I thank God for this.

Michael Jackson, thank you for leaving us your music to enjoy. Now be with the one and only creator of music and the lover of your soul – Jesus Christ.

A Gathering at the Den

I guess we can all relax now as “THE Prophet” has declared that God told him in a prophetic word a curse will be broken in the White House and over America. Whew. I’m glad that’s done, aren’t you? Now we can all go back to enjoying our lives with no worries over America, it’s future and it’s people.  We’re all safe from harm, the curse will be broken – tonight!

How fitting a date for such a false prophet – Halloween – a time of gathering and appeasing the dead.

Haven’t we heard this same drivel before?

My bible says Jesus broke the curse, not some New Age prophet disguised as a man of God. Until people come to repentance – individually – the curse of sin will live on and unfortunately our country’s condition will worsen and worsen. That isn’t the “word” we want to hear, but it is the truth.

Isn’t a den a place where animals live? Well, if you’re real quick you can join him in his.  And remember if you support him financially in the name of a prophet soothsayer, you will be given a prophet’s soothsayer’s reward.

THIS SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
Dear Warriors, Just a reminder to join us this Saturday. Kim had an amazing prophetic word from God regarding 2010 and specifically regarding President Obama this past weekend in Memphis, Tennessee. A curse is going to be broken in the White House and over America.

Supernatural Encounters

Supernatural Encounters

God is supernatural and many unexplained supernatural events can occur. But we have become out of focus with “God can do anything”, and too much emphasis on the supernatural occurrences and an excess of angelic visitation, supernatural experiences and dreams and visions.  Even the great prophets and disciples in the bible didn’t have THAT many. God never violates His own character or His word.

In the bible, every supernatural occurrence had a reason and an outcome. Current false teaching is just the opposite with those false teachers and prophets claiming trips to heaven and out of body experiences for no reason other than to just hang out and have a good time.  They claim it is their “right” as a child of God. Really?  I wasn’t aware we had rights to anything.

Ezekiel was not taken up in the spirit to “hang out”.  He was called as a prophet to warn fallen Israel of their sin and the consequences and to repent!  That is a true function of a prophet, to speak the word of God. Tongues of fire in Acts led to a great many salvations and the gospel of Jesus was preached throughout the land, many were healed and delivered and the church grew at an alarming rate – a true sign and wonder!

God spoke to His people in dreams and visions and they either immediately understood or He revealed the message to them.  In the Old Testament, God mostly spoke to people in their dreams like a one way conversation. There was no need for an interpreter.  Daniel interpreted dreams for a pagan King Nebuchadnezzar so the King would acknowledge God.  How much more now can we understand of our own dreams and visions from God that we have been filled with the Holy Spirit?  Peter did not understand his symbolic dream and the Lord immediately explained it to him.

Likewise, angels are messengers of God.  They do not bring gifts or healings or even revival, nor do they perform spiritual surgical operations on people. They do not drop their feathers to prove they are around.  The bible tells us they are, so why do they need to prove it? Angels worship God and do not bring attention to themselves and warn others to not do the same. Angels who forgot their place were kicked out of heaven! Biblical signs and wonders are salvations, healings, deliverances, things that God is interested in.  Much different than those that claim otherwise with gold dust, gems and oil!  Remember, revivals are about repentance, not fleshy signs and wonders.

Galatians 1:8 But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed.

Beware of all teaching supporting “experienced based theology” in which much importance is placed on experiencing His presence and His voice and other supernatural experiences above all else, including the importance of bible study. Watch out for meditative (lecto divina) and contemplative/emergent/mystical spirituality, centering prayer methods or methods of “the ancient fathers” and Catholic mystics which were not taught anywhere in the bible or by Jesus or practiced by His disciples. These are not new but are moving in as accepted practices in our churches as methods of becoming closer to God.  These teachings are about achieving a mind set with “god” and higher spiritual planes or levels.  These are not methods of our Lord and have roots in Hinduism, Buddhism, Catholicism and the occult.

Also beware of “inner healing” methods used in theophostics and sozo which were first taught and used by New Age practitioners and secular therapists through  guided imagery and visualization techniques. I know this because I used these methods for several years before I came to Christ!   All these so called Christian ministries have done is attached the name of Jesus added with it some scriptural truths and packaged it all up as “God’s”.  Nonsense!  Just because a “jesus” shows up in these sessions does not mean it is the true Jesus! And, Jesus never discussed or prayed “inner healing” with anyone. Even though there is a “level of truth” in these methods does not make it holy and acceptable before God. For more on this topic see my article here – Inner Healing.

Colossians 2:8 Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ.

Beware of teachers and prophets who really like to quote the Old Testament to back up their weird teachings and supernatural experiences.  One scripture does not a doctrine make, no matter how convincing the teacher! Numerology is of the occult.  There is no instance in the bible that God speaks to His people through the use of numbers. Watch for stories of portals, throne room and third heaven experiences and other various things false teachers and prophets are trying to teach us of late.

Something is very wrong when Christians are encouraged and taught to practice that which the pagans, occultists and new agers do. Some believe since the pagans already do these things, Christians need to catch up because it is our heritage!! It is not!  God created men and women to be on the earth, not out of it.

Deuteronomy 29:29  The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but those things which are revealed belong to us and our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law.

There is a fine line in what we are allowed to know.  God is only going to reveal Himself and the spiritual realm to a degree.  He is the One who decides and has established how far we can go. Once we dare to cross that fine line, once we go to God and make demands to see and to know, as many now claim that we can, such things considered as Gnostic, we have opened ourselves up to occultic experiences masquerading as Godly ones.  I believe Satan often shows up in these moments and is very happy to play his charade as an angel masquerading in light.

1 Timothy 4:1 Now the Spirit expressly says that in the latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons.

Their message must also prove over and again that Jesus, the Christ, the Messiah, son of the living God is indeed Lord and has come in the flesh.  They must speak of the gospel of the Lord and His salvation and of sin and true repentance. This is the very reason Jesus died and the essence of the great commission!  Their message must stir others to a greater love of God and of His Word and the love of His people.  If this is not so, if the message they bring creates a need for “self”, my gifts, my worship, my feelings, my healing, etc. then the messenger is not of God.

Long gone is the care for the truth of Christ and the simplicity of the gospel message. There are so many deceived, operating in false signs and wonders who are too prideful or stubborn to look at the word of God to see the truth.  Others claim these signs and wonders simply for the attention, fame and cold hard cash they provide.  Who needs to work when manipulation of the desperate is a well honed talent?  How long will the Lord relent and when will be the moment for them when it is too late to turn back?
