The Nefarious NARians

Romans 16:17 Now I urge you, brethren, note those who cause divisions and offenses, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and avoid them.

18 For those who are such do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly, and by smooth words and flattering speech decieve the hearts of the simple.

An Unhealthy Update on Peter and Doris Wagner
The nefarious NARians
by Bud Press
October 26, 2011

For decades, C. Peter Wagner and his wife Doris have led the New Apostolic Reformation in a worldwide campaign against the forces of darkness. At the same time, they have convinced untold thousands that performing spiritual warfare on demonic strongholds is a sure-fire remedy to rid cities, states, and global territories of those pesky critters.

The key, according to the nefarious NARians, is to identify the demonic big cheeses, map-out the strongholds where they do business, and raid their camps with NAR flags o’ victory waving in the breeze.

But the battle won’t be won until the New Apostolic Reformation reforms the minds of the innocent and gullible, and establishes complete “dominion” and “control” over the Christian church. Once this is done, NARians will elect their self-appointed apostolic government, and place their self-elected prophetic politicians in power to dominate and dictate. Then, when the planets are in perfect alignment, and all the heretic hunters have been silenced, the NAR will give its “Jesus” the green light to return, where it will teach good NARians to walk as robots through a field of tulips and sing Kum Bah Yah.

As the battle rages, what the Wagners and their fellow NARians fail to see is their focus is on demonic activity–instead of the real Jesus Christ and the truth of His written word. Concentrating on demons and their destruction gains more oppression from the one whose attempt to overthrow God got him and one third of his demonic angels bounced out of heaven on their forked tails.

Needless to say, sharing Jesus Christ and the gospel will, of course, lead more people to Christ than worrying about demons behind every tree in every city, state, and territory throughout the world.

Consequently, those who refuse to cooperate with the NARian agenda will, no doubt, suffer the consequences, and may be sentenced to eating stale popcorn while suffering through endless re-runs of Todd Bentley shaking, rattling, rolling, and kicking his way through the 2008 Lakeland revival. To add insult to injury, commercial breaks will feature a video of Jessa Bentley shaking her head fast enough to sling her eyeballs into the audience during a New Age mini-revival at Rick Joyner’s MorningStar church.

While the Wagners and the NARians toot their spiritual warfare trumpets and blow shouts of victory over their desensitized followers, their efforts to rid the world of demonic activity was, in reality, doomed before it began. G. Richard Fisher explains:
In 1990, the Spiritual Warfare Network (SWN) was formed by these new apostles and prophets. It is important to remember that they have had 20 years to reclaim ethnic groups, nations, and parcels of geography. So far, after two decades, they have made no progress at all. [“Mountains and Other Tall Tales: Examining the Fantasy World of Modern-day ‘Apostle and Prophet’ C. Peter Wagner,” The Quarterly Journal of Personal Freedom Outreach, October-December 2011, p. 8]
Continuing, Fisher states that, “After 20 years of selling their ideas, there is no proof of being able to take or reclaim territory from demons.” [Ibid., italics theirs]

Fisher is right on target. NARians travel the globe claiming to take “authority” over demonic activity. However, local, state, and world news report a much different story: Those pesky demons are still active and wreaking havoc.

Could it be that the NAR’s claims are without merit? Could it be that the New Apostolic Reformation–which is plagued with heretics, false prophets, and blasphemers–is overshadowed by demons, and is paving its dirt road for the antichrist?

Final answers? Yes, and Yes.

Simply put, crime is on the rise, and crime will continue to rise and become more sadistic until Jesus returns (study Matthew chapter 24 for details). Jesus didn’t mince words. He gave an outline of things to come. Later, the Holy Spirit inspired the apostles to issue warnings about things to come (study the Apostle Paul’s letters to Timothy).

Indeed, C. Peter Wagner needs to be asked, “Specifically, which city or state or territory has been cleaned and fumigated of all demonic activity?” If his answer is, “Gee, I don’t know,” then NARians everywhere should mentally delete Wagner’s “revelation knowledge,” gain knowledge from what God has already said in His written revelation, and consult Ephesians 6:13-18; Acts 19:13-16; Jude 1:9 and, 2 Corinthians 11:13-15, which specifically teaches:

For such men are false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. No wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. Therefore it is not surprising if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness, whose end will be according to their deeds.

The Apostle Paul wrote it, and the Holy Spirit inspired it. Welcome to the New Apostolic Reformation.

Therefore, as the kingdom of NARia continues its ill-fated battle against demonic activity, and as the NAR continues to gain converts, one battle the Wagners are facing is their declining health, which reads like a Who’s Who within the medical kingdom.

Signs, but no wonders

According to NARian-produced newsletters, updates, and prayer requests over this year, the Wagners have been under extensive medical care for a long period of time. Doris Wagner suffered from infectious diseases, placed on hyper-antibiotics, diagnosed with a heart tumor, and underwent operations on her knee. Currently, she is scheduled to undergo major knee surgery. C. Peter Wagner has a lingering cough, swelling in both legs and abdomen, problems with his heart, and has been placed on blood thinners. He is scheduled for cataract surgery in both eyes.

Like the average human being who reaches the elderly stage of life, Peter and Doris Wagner suffer from illnesses, diseases, and sicknesses. It’s a given. But, unlike the average human being, NARians think they are special, an attitude which is demonstrated by their exclusive, elitist mentality. After all, they are what makes up the “signs and wonders” movement, where almost everyone is said to operate in all of the spiritual gifts, including the gift of healing.

While there is no humor in human suffering, when the chips are down, where are all the NARian faith healers? Why haven’t they flocked to Peter and Doris’ side and demonstrated their gift of healing for the world to see?

Could it be that the “signs and wonders” movement is all signs and no wonders? Perish the thought. How dare anyone even suggest such a thing! Those who do could be accused of “attacking the anointed” and “judging falsely” and acting like a “Pharisee”.

Trail of lies

Common sense dictates that if just one NARian had the Biblical gift of healing, he or she would jump at the chance to lay hands on Doris and Peter, and heal them from head-to-toe through the power of God. Since “teleporting” here and there is part of the signs and wonders movement, travel expenses would be kept to a bare minimum.

But it ain’t gonna happen! Hyper-Charismatics who are caught up in the “signs and wonders” movement demonstrate plenty of signs, but they leave people wondering what the heck is going on. Simply put, they do not have the Biblical gift of healing. Again, they do not have the Biblical gift of healing. The sick and dying show up to be healed, and they leave unhealed.

Faith healers can’t heal Peter and Doris, and Peter and Doris can’t heal each other. Therefore, Peter and Doris are forced to turn to the field of medicine for their healing.

All liars know that a lie must be backed-up with another lie to cover the first lie. This is one reason why heretics and false healers spew excuses, play spin-doctor, intimidate their followers, issue threats, and exercise damage control over their own words–and their followers eat it up! One lie leads to another lie, until the liar gets so confused that he or she can’t recall the lies. It is then when the liar becomes a pathological liar.

Liars work hard to cover their lying tracks, but they always leave their getaway cars in the front yard.

Finally, this update on the unhealthy state of Peter and Doris Wagner would not be complete without leaving the reader an important, but ironic, point to ponder: during C. Peter Wagner’s tenure at the Wagner Leadership Institute, he taught a course on “Divine Healing”. The “Course Description” states,
This is a classic foundational class on divine healing. Topics include performing the works of Jesus, the role of faith in healing, ways in which one can verify miracles, healing as it relates to God’s kingdom, healing as part of the atonement, and the substance of the anointing. ( http://tinyurl.com/6838nat )
Is there something wrong with this picture? C. Peter Wagner taught courses on divine healing, but he doesn’t have the gift of healing. Hmmm, perhaps he should enroll in his own course.

Shout out to C. Peter Wagner: Instructor, instruct thyself. Stop leading the sick and dying astray, and stop instructing a course on a gift you never had in the first place. Better yet, repent, be born again, publicly renounce the NAR and its false “Jesus,” and warn your fellow NARians to do the same.

Indeed, precious souls for who Jesus Christ died for hang in the balance.

“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness'” (Matthew 7:21-23).

Word of Faith No More

The following video was recorded a couple of years ago by John Edwards, a fellow blogger aka Junker Jorge. John is an ex Word of Faith Pastor who was trained under Kenneth Hagin. For those whose computers don’t do videos well, I’ve transcribed his message word for word below. Be blessed!

Thanks John! Praise God for your willingness to warn others of this dangerous teaching.

Hey guys! My name is John Edwards.  I’m a Rhema Graduate. I went to Rhema Bible Training Center in 96-98 and I was ordained by Kenneth Hagin and came to Alabama, started a church called The Edge then we changed the name to Hillside Church.

About January of 2008 I decided to leave the Word of Faith Movement. What I want to do is to put together a series of YouTubes; I want to help people out there who are trapped in the Word of Faith.

Word of Faith is a dangerous, cultic movement. And it’s so similar to the new age message that it’s right there beside it – and it sucks you in. Word of Faith – what attracted me to it is that I thought I could have a say in my life. I always had fear of maybe losing my kids or getting cancer or going bankrupt. I heard the Word of Faith message as it was presented by Kenneth Hagin and it gave me hope that I could have a say for my life.

And the dangerous thing about the Word of Faith is that it puts the believer in the driver’s seat and it puts God and His will and His plan for your life in the back seat.  The whole Word of Faith movement is based on one passage of scripture in Mark chapter 11, verse 23, Jesus said “Whosoever shall say to until this mountain be thou removed and be thou cast into the sea and shall not doubt in his heart thou shall believe those things that he sayeth, the things shall come to pass and he shall have whatsoever he said”.

Now what they did – Jesus was a Jewish Rabbi; He spoke in Aramaic. And a real popular teaching idiom back then in that culture was a phrase “moving a mountain”. It meant to cut through red tape, it meant to do the impossible with God. And Jesus was using a hyperbole in His teaching. It was an on- purpose exaggeration. You know where Jesus said if your eye causes you to sin to pluck it out, and He talked about hating your mother or father in comparing to loving Him? He doesn’t really want you to hate your mother or dad or pull your eyeballs out, He’s just using an exaggeration to prove a point on purpose to show how powerful faith is.

When Jesus was talking to his disciples and said “If you say to the mountain move -and it will move if you believe and not doubt”.  His disciples had sense enough to know He was using an exaggeration to show them an example of the power of faith. Now what the faith preachers did- namely Kenneth Hagan whom I love, I went through the school, I’m not mad at him, but he was wrong. What they did is they made a science of every little word that Jesus said as hyperbole; they made a science on it. What the Word of Faith does is that it teaches you that you can have what you say. They take that last phrase that Jesus said “he shall have whosoever he said” and made a whole religion on how to get everything you need from God. And the dangerous thing about it is that it puts fear in the believer.

Word of Faith people are the most legalistic, paranoid, superstitious, in-bondage people I have ever known in my life. And you know what?  I’m part of the problem!  I preached the heresy for eight years. I taught people they could have what they say, and that’s not what Jesus said. At the most what Jesus said that you will have what you say to the mountain.

But Word of Faith teachers and Word of Faith Christians actually believe that whatever comes out of your mouth is actually going to happen. For instance, if you say” oh my back’s killing me”, they believe you’re going to develop cancer of the spine or something. If you say “oh my heads killing me” they’ll think you’re gonna get a brain tumor. They believe that your words will create entities in themselves and they’re not.

Your words are powerful. I can cuss you out with my words and make you mad. I can tell jokes and make you laugh. I can build you up or I can cut you down. But I cannot create things with my words as is taught by the Word of Faith. So the new age message, this humanism message is that man is God, that we all together as man we are God.  We can do anything.  We have our own wisdom and our own life.  The Word of Faith message is very, very similar. It tricks you into thinking you’re in control of your life. You are in control of your destiny. I know because I taught this for many years. It’s a cult. It was founded on cultic principles.

E.W. Kenyon was a Baptist preacher who was very involved in new age and new thought and metaphysics. He went to a school in Boston that was covered up with new age and new thought.  If you’ve heard about the new book called The Secret, if you’ve ever watched that – it’s new age – it’s humanism- it’s garbage– it’s counterfeit Christianity. It’s a counterfeit faith. Okay? And EW Kenyon took the principles of the new age, the new thought, The Secret, metaphysics and he blended it in with the bible to make another gospel – the gospel of me, the gospel of my words.

And the Word of Faith was then picked up by Kenneth Hagin who took Kenyon’s writings and then expanded on them. And the dangerous thing about the Word of Faith is it’s all centered on the power of your words, being the prophet of your own life, you, as a human, being in control of your destiny.

It’s also a very materialistic, money-minded movement. You can go to any Word of Faith preacher or TV or any Word of Faith church and they can’t preach for 10 minutes without talking about money.  They’re obsessed with money, they’re obsessed with wealth, they’re obsessed with cars and rings, and big churches and TV’s and helicopters and jets.  It’s a dangerous movement, folks. There’s a lot of deception there.

The Word of Faith as it’s taught by Word of Faith preachers today, Kenneth Hagin, Michael Murdock, people taught like I did. I’m John Edwards, I know you never heard of me, but I taught it. Its not the new covenant, it’s not the New Testament. It’s a delusion, it is a lie, and it is a twist of scriptures.  It’s designed to get your heart and your mind off of Jesus, off of the kingdom of God and on onto your bank account and on to your words. It produces fear, bondage and legalism. It’s counterfeit. It’s not the New Testament. The New Testament is about God loving you in your sins and sending Jesus His Son to die for you so that you can believe in Him and be borne again. To have all your sins forgiven, removed forgotten, so that you can have a personal Father – son, Father – daughter relationship with Almighty God to help you through life to give you the peace you need, to help you with your problems. And it’s about having eternal life.  When you die you go to live with God the Father and Jesus in heaven forever. That is the good news; that is the gospel.

But the Word of Faith preachers have turned it around into a self help gospel of me. And what I want you to do is get you a New Testament, go to a Christian book store and buy the New Testament on CD and just listen to it. Just listen to the word of God. It’s a new covenant. It’s not a covenant of prosperity, health and wealth.  It’s a covenant of dying to yourself to love others, to serve others. It’s a gospel of spreading God’s love to everyone. When you put others first, you love your neighbor as yourself. You put God first, you put Jesus first. You do have a God that will meet your needs. You do have a God that will heal your body, but Him meeting your needs and Him healing your body- that’s just a small part of the big truth of your redemption.

The Word of Faith is like putting a frog in a pot of water and turning the heat up, just start boiling the water, and he’s swimming around, and kicking around and he doesn’t know anything’s wrong! And before you know it –he’s cooked!  That’s what happened to me!  I started out wanting wanted to get The Faith.  Why? So I could love God more? No. So I could be in control of my life. Look. I learned. I don’t want to be in control of my life, I want Jesus in charge of my life.

So, please come back and have a look at some more of these later.

God bless you.

I’m John Edwards

Bye-bye

A Gathering at the Den

I guess we can all relax now as “THE Prophet” has declared that God told him in a prophetic word a curse will be broken in the White House and over America. Whew. I’m glad that’s done, aren’t you? Now we can all go back to enjoying our lives with no worries over America, it’s future and it’s people.  We’re all safe from harm, the curse will be broken – tonight!

How fitting a date for such a false prophet – Halloween – a time of gathering and appeasing the dead.

Haven’t we heard this same drivel before?

My bible says Jesus broke the curse, not some New Age prophet disguised as a man of God. Until people come to repentance – individually – the curse of sin will live on and unfortunately our country’s condition will worsen and worsen. That isn’t the “word” we want to hear, but it is the truth.

Isn’t a den a place where animals live? Well, if you’re real quick you can join him in his.  And remember if you support him financially in the name of a prophet soothsayer, you will be given a prophet’s soothsayer’s reward.

THIS SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
Dear Warriors, Just a reminder to join us this Saturday. Kim had an amazing prophetic word from God regarding 2010 and specifically regarding President Obama this past weekend in Memphis, Tennessee. A curse is going to be broken in the White House and over America.

more pentecostal than the pentecostals: a testimony

The following came as a comment under one of my articles – a trip in charismania.  There are so many similarities in our experiences. Again, another eye witness to the false prophetic, healing, charismatic, etc. Since I put this up I have noticed some misunderstanding about this testimony so I want to clarify for future or repeat readers. This is not a crack against Pentecostals. Nor is the author taking a stand against practices taught in the bible for prayer, forgiveness, sin, intercession, healing, etc. She is speaking from 35 years spent in the false and excesses of those teachings, which I refer to as charismania.  Following the article is a great discussion that I had with someone who came upon this article. It was an opportunity that I had to explain the differences and hash it out a little more.  If time permits, you may want to have a look at our discussion in the comments section.

mk

I love to see people coming out and not going in…..to all this deception and craziness. For me it was 35 years! More Pentecostal than the Pentecostals! I ‘ministered’ in many areas and travelled the world….until I began to cry out for God to show me His truth through the Holy Spirit.

There were too many strange and bizarre happenings based on experience that didn’t line up with the Word of God. Satan and his demons always made sure all my expectations were fulfilled in the areas of feeling warm and fuzzy and causing supernatural things to happen. After all the Bible describes him as an angel of light….that makes it difficult to tell the difference between truth and deception….that is of course if one is not measuring everything by the Word.

I worked in the area of ‘breaking generational curses’….’setting people free from freemasonry, cults, sickness etc’ I was recognised as a’prophet’ and a lot of the ’stuff’ I forecast was totally true……(BUT coming from demonic powers). I ‘delivered’ people from demons and took them back in their memory so they could be healed by ‘jesus’.
I could go on and on but there is no need and the only reason I share this much is to try and help others who are deceived like me. Now, after having studied the Word, like I should have done in the first place instead of looking for experiences and listening to men, I know without a doubt….I was operating under demonic guidance and was nothing but a clairvoyant and deceived person. There are no generational curses, we cant use excuses for our behaviour and need to call it sin and repent…there are however consequences for making ungodly choices but Jesus became that curse for us (and anyway it was God who ordained curses and blessings for a certain time and generation in the old Testament) when He died on the cross.

We cannot ’stand in the gap’ as it were and repent on behalf of our country or another person….only that person can repent for his own sins. We cannot ‘bind’ satan or demons..that is taken from twisted scripture. The only time satan is bound is in Revelation by an angel and thrown into the pit. You cannot ‘break the power of freemasonry’ over someone….you do not have that power! Reading through screeds of renunciation papers will not set anyone free! The only way they can be freed is by God in His sovereign grace giving them the gift of repentance….that’s right, we even have to rely on Him for that!

We can’t ‘heal’ people from memories in their past…..the jesus who appears to comfort is a counterfeit and no where in scripture does it say we are to try and do that. Paul says…this one thing I do…..FORGETTING what lies behind, I press on, toward the goal. We are to lay our burdens down ….not go searching deep within our souls for past hurts and wounds. We are not to seek self satisfaction or to try and love ourselves…(that all based on man and psychology) We already love ourselves…too much….. but we are to take up our cross daily and follow Christ.
We are not to use some cultish babble in our prayers to God, Paul was chastising the Corinthian church for going back to their pagan ways and speaking in ecstatic tongues so they could have a mind altering experience. The Mormons and different cults and religions do this today….why oh why would we want to do this and waste hours in deception thinking we are talking to God when Jesus showed us plainly how we are to pray. “Our Father who art in Heaven”

Oh there is so much more….the totally plain and simple reason for all that happened during that soooo special time in history was to prove Jesus was the Messiah come to earth as had already been foretold many years ago………and the miracles for the Jews, but they still didn’t believe, so the Gentiles were grafted in.

To all those who have ‘come out’ I say “Praise God” but make sure you study the Word and grow in the ways of God. To those of you who are searching, can I please say…..don’t hang around any longer, get yourself out of that Pentecostal environment as fast as you can. We are living in a time like never before and we have been warned so many times that this was going to happen. The worst part is people don’t want the truth, they are listening to seducing spirits.

Remember everything we need to live this life in a Godly way is in His Word. He has spoken through it and doesn’t need messed up men and women to add to His Word. It is finished! All we need for life and Godliness is there.

Blessings

Word Curses – Do Our Spoken Words Have Power?

Word Curses

Eph 4:29&31  Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers. 31 Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice.

Unkind words spoken to a person can cause great hurt and we are warned against the use of the tongue many times in scripture.  However, our words do not have a special power of their own. If we could actually speak things into existence we would see all kinds of crazy things going on all over the world.

This belief is a twist on Romans 4:16-17, taking it out of its context with the emphasis solely on the latter part of verse seventeen. But read in its entirety –

16 Therefore, the promise comes by faith, so that it may be by grace and may be guaranteed to all Abraham’s offspring—not only to those who are of the law but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham. He is the father of us all.  17 As it is written: “I have made you a father of many nations.” He is our father in the sight of God, in whom he believed—the God who gives life to the dead and calls things that are not as though they were.

Power belongs to God and to Him alone and that is what this verse is getting at. It is God who calls these things, not people.

We are told to not curse a person, or to speak badly of someone because to do so simply is not Christ-like.  Idle words and babblings are worthless to the hearers and can cause pain to others.  Effects from ill-spoken words take root in the mind because the receiving person, for whatever reason, chooses to believe them. When a believer experiences such things the focus should be on Christ and what the Lord says is true.

Romans 12:2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Our words don’t have supernatural power of cause and effect, nor can they “speak things into existence”, nor do they have the power to create.  Regardless of all the support that we can and should “declare!” or “decree!” when we pray, the Word of God simply does not tell us so.

generational curses ..???

Generational Curses/Sin of Ancestors

Many teach that Christians are subject to choices and sins of their family members, choices they themselves never made by persons they never met.  This teaching is applied when a person has a problem overcoming certain behaviors, sin and situations, or when it continues in the family line such as divorce, alcoholism, poverty, etc.

The bible does in fact teach of generational sin, or sin that is passed through the family line.  However, the bible is specific on who this applies to and who it does not.

Deuteronomy 28 is used to support the idea that curses exist over believers, including generational curses.  These blessings and curses were specifically for the Jewish nation, curses imposed for those who would not obey the teachings of the whole law.   New Testament believers are not under the law, but under grace.  It is a different dispensation and this Old Testament teaching does not apply to New Testament believers. In fact, Jesus himself became the curse for us and in our faith we are blessed of Abraham.

Galatians 3:13, 14

13Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”), 14 that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

With Christ, the old covenant was passed away.

Hebrews 8:11-14

11 Christ came as a High Priest of the good things to come with the greater and more perfect tabernacle not made with hands, that is, not of this creation. 12 Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood He entered the Most Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption.  13 For if the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of a heifer, sprinkling of unclean, sanctifies for the purifying of the flesh, 14 how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God.

Is the shed blood of Jesus not good enough to remove all sins?

Deuteronomy 5:9 you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the Lord your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generation of those who hate Me.

Put in context, this is one of the Ten Commandments. The particular scripture refers to the idol worship of carved images; however, it has been used to prove that curses are passed through generations. But continue reading into verse 10 –

10showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.

So, the Lord says here He will show mercy to those who love Him. Don’t believers and the repentant love Him?

Galatians 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.

Galatians 5:4 You have become estranged from Christ, you who attempt to be justified by law, you have fallen from grace.

God deals with us as individuals. There is nothing in the New Testament to tell us that believers are held accountable or subject to sins of ancestors and generational curses.  This includes pacts or oaths taken in secret societies and those practicing the occult. There is nothing to substantiate soul ties or that it is necessary to break them or that it is necessary to have the guidance of another person to lead someone through prayers. It is futile and unbiblical to take a person through his lifetime and that of his ancestors seeking for reasons of his suffering.  We suffer because we exist in a fallen world!  Christ is our hope!

2 Corinthians 5:17 If anyone be in Christ he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

It is ridiculous to suggest in light of the true power of God that any of us are subject to the curse of a witch or better yet, “Christian” curses!

Colossians 2:10 You are complete in Him who is the head of all principality and power.

Colossians 2:15 Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.

God knows the heart of the repentant. Some people need to come into the full knowledge of the saving grace of Jesus Christ, some need to renew their minds, others need to stop sinning or stop whining.  There are valid reasons why Christians struggle – in this world we will have tribulation – by the words of Jesus.  The disciples suffered tremendously and preached the gospel under horrendous conditions and considered themselves blessed.

1 Peter 4:14  If you are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified.
